    I ordered a pizza today for lunch when it arrived it was cold. Who wants to reheat cold pizza. You can tell the pizza had been sitting for a while just by looking at the cheese. Even the cheese sticks were cold. This Papa John sucks to me. Will not be reordering again.

    Okay, seriously this is awful and I'm dumb to even eat it. As you can see, the pizza and the side items we ordered were both poorly made. But my friend and I were hungry . Working Healthcare shift 12 hours, this was the first thing we ate all day. Cut to now, 330 am and both my friend and I vomiting and diarrhea everywhere. Obvious food poisoning and the only place we ate in common was this place. Awful. When we saw the quality we should have been smart enough to realize the carelessness of this place and how quality usually goes along with safety. Alas, we were dumb and hungry. Never again.

    Every time I come here this girl is on her phone that's all she does text call text call if she spent more time putting stickers on the boxes and actually getting deliveries out the door. Her times would not be so bad. I come here 3 to 7 times a day for deliveries And she is constantly on her cell phone. They should not even be allowed to have their cell phones on it is a complete waste of company, money and time as well as mine! Yesterday she said oh it's gonna be 25 minutes I said for what there's not a single order on your screen and nothing in your oven. She said oh it's in the oven. I can serve you what pizza takes 25 minutes? I worked at Papajohns for four years, so I leaned over, looked inside the oven and saw nothing in there. I asked her to double check And she said oh my goodness here it is on the rack! What a joke do better. This morning she's cussing out her co worker making pizzas . He's not the one on his phone 24/7 girl . Get your priorities together .

    Yikes! The other reviews were right but the managament clearly doesn't care about how to improve things. I put an order ahead pickup. I get there and there's one car ahead of me. I waited for >15+ minutes in the pickup lane. Finally, I gave up and got out of my car to the pick up window and asked for my order. I suggested that they create pickup spots similar to McDonald's or have someone who put a fresh order that still needs to be made to pull ahead. I get the response of "well you could have parked and come in." Dude, it's a drive thru window...NOT A PARK AND SIT WINDOW. It was literally one car that was ahead of me. The car behind me gave up waiting and there were still five cars behind me. Will be calling corporate due to disrespect and inefficiency. Order pizza from another location! The pizza itself tasted fine.

    The quality of the food here is never really a problem. It is the service. Customers are always second to whatever they are doing inside. I pull up to the drive-through and hear the bell ring. I’ve been watches multiple employees walk by, stare at me, and then keep walking. I had to frantically wave someone down to get them to hand me my prepaid order. Keep in mind that there would be no need to fold boxes or walk around inside that store if it weren’t for pain customers. If they are busy or what not, a simple two second greeting and letting me know that someone will be right with me would be enough to have prevented this review. and my discontinuation of picking up food at this location.

    I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service I received from Papa John's Pizza. After placing my order and being told that it would be ready in 8-18 minutes, I was made to wait in my car for an hour before my order was finally ready. This was a complete waste of my time and left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disrespected. To make matters worse, when I finally made it inside the restaurant, I was met with a huge line of customers and a manager who was completely unprofessional. They argued with me in a very ghetto manner, showing no regard for my time or my business. It was a humiliating experience that left me feeling belittled and disrespected. The fact that I had to wait for an hour in my car, unable to go about my day because of this delay, was excruciating for me. I had places to be and things to do, but because of this delay, I was unable to move on with my day. It's simply unacceptable to leave customers waiting for such an extended period of time. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from any establishment I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, my experience with Papa John's was anything but professional. The delay and the manager's behavior were both completely unacceptable and have left a lasting negative impression on me. In the end, I left the restaurant feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disrespected. I will not be returning to Papa John's in the future and will be sure to spread the word about my negative experience to anyone who will listen. It's my hope that the management will take a hard look at their customer service practices and make some serious changes to ensure that their customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. I even asked and called the manager for a refund multiple times, and they told me that in a very ghetto manner they started arguing with me of how there are multiple customers, but the thing is I ordered already like one hour ahead of time

    Ordered over $100.00 worth of product to the VA Hospital. First Order arrived on time but the Bread Sticks were burnt and the thin crust pizza was burnt. The garlic sauce was upside down and drained through out the pizza box. The second order was to be delivered at 11:00 pm., the product never arrived. I tried telephoning the store at 11:15 pm but they were closed at 11:00pm no one answered. Door dash calls me at 1200 AM wanting directions. I said no as I was getting Toppers Pizza for the employees. I will never use this store ever again. Go with Toppers first time I had it and it was good.

    My pizza was under cooked I ordered through door dash so I couldn’t even get my money back which isn’t there fault. They’re my go to for pizza but undercooked food… you should be able to see that a pizza is undercooked so the fact that they gave it to me anyways is a problem

    I love Papa John's!! Never disappoint me! Was fresh, cheesy, hot! I recommend Papa johns! Had mine sent through delivery and it was still hot and fresh when I got it.

    I would not order pizza from Papa John’s because they will not honor their mess ups had two pizzas delivered to my daughter, one cheese, one barbecue chicken and two drinks they delivered a cheese pizza and two drinks. They weren’t the right drinks but really didn’t care. Just wanted the pizza. They didn’t deliver when I called and talk to the manager, she cussed me out told me I was raising my voice when I wasn’t and doesn’t respect anyone really doesn’t need her job store 1000 8 PM on 2/16 guess we’re not getting our pizza for my three grandchildren and my daughter that are staying at a battered home was just trying to help them out. Thanks, Papa John’s.

    This Papa John’s was probably the most unexpected, genuinely hospitable retailers I’ve ever been in. These girls were naturally polite (Hats off to your parents.) and….. cool. And my order was right.

    I like their pizza, but the change to DoorDash as their delivery partner really hurts. DoorDash drivers, in my experience, are not very reliable. My last order was 30 minutes late and I received the wrong pizzas. It took them another 45 minutes to replace them. You would be better off going in to pick up your pizza.

    Place would be a lot better if the young kids would stay off the phones while cooking also the old lady that cussed me out as I was leaving drive Thur tonight needs her job taken I will be in contact about this over cheese sauce I paid for!! your days coming lady i hope next time you cuss someone the most happens to you bc you deserve it wish I could give 0 stars

    Every time I come here (after my app says that my pizza is ready), I still have to wait 15+ minutes for them to make it. The girl is always extremely unfriendly as well. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    Ordered through Grubhub 2x. Both times were slow. Food was barely warm. And the order takes 3x as long a needed. Do not order at night after 10pm. Seem the workers are too busy being lazy. Marion county has the worse people. They want respect. But do not give it back.

    My friends at work and I order 5 Papadias from this Papa Johns. When we got them they barely had any topping on them and were in the wrong boxes. No big deal we call the store to let them know. When we called we had talked to 3 employees before we got asked if we wanted our food remade or a refund. We chose to have our order remade. 1 hour and 30 minutes later we get our order brought to us by a Door Dash driver instead of Papa Johns. The Door Dash driver was unprofessional (not clean) and had no proof to be a door dash driver. We could not eat our food. We are very sad and upset that this happened. Also boxes were not sealed with a sticker like they should be when using DoorDash.

    THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I have been waiting for a pizza delivery for over 2.5 hours and now no one at the store will return my calls to cancel this order. I have been on hold for over 35 minutes and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have been stuck by my phone trying to get this figured out and am extremely frustrated. I got two calls from a door dash delivery man (I did not order from door dash) saying Papa Johns gave them the wrong address and after dealing with that, got put on hold for another 20 minutes saying to call the store back. I do not have time for this - Please pick up your phones!!! I am not on the phone with the help line and they keep forwarding me back to the store. This is absurd.

    my partner and i ordered the new "papa bowls". it was honestly pretty good until i took a bite and pulled a hair out of the middle of it. i am utterly disgusted.

    This store is horrible! Ordered early for a later time delivery (8 pizzas). They delivered them 1 1/2 hour early and refused to remake and deliver them at time requested unless I brought the original one's back first. I CANNOT BRING THEM TO YOU - that's why I requested delivery. They also said driver cannot pick them up. I will NEVER order from this store again.

    We ordered a pizza online with different toppings on each half; we received a pizza with the toppings all mismatched. I know not all pizza places offer that option, but why offer it if it seems too confusing to do?

    I put an order online for one pizza for delivery and never got it. Customer service didn't care and now I'm out of money for who knows how long. Definitely avoid.

    Location uses DoorDash to make deliveries which wouldn't be a problem if they could input the address correctly. 3 of my last 4 orders have gone to the wrong address. Tonight the order was incomplete and the food cold and crust hard. I guess that is what happens when quoted a 33-47 min delivery and food shows up at 90 mins.

    I have never had a problem with this restaurant until today. Went in drive thru to pick up my order and sat for over 5 minutes while staff kept looking at me. Never walked over to great me. So I rang the bell and heard the lady say. I don’t know who these drivers think they are. I was like wow how professional. Guess I will order my pizza from another location.
