8 adults ate hibachi and I ordered chicken tenders off the kids menu for my toddler. She ate her chicken strips at the restaurant without a fuss and I brought the rest home as leftovers. At the house, I discovered that the chicken was stone-cold raw!! It wasn't slightly undercooked. It was straight raw chicken under a fried batter. To serve raw chicken to a child is unacceptable. If this passes from the kitchen, what other disgusting food practices are occuring?

This is the worst experience I've had with benihana. The drinks tasted funny to start off. So after 30 min the server can back to the table. The service was just horrible by the way. We asked for water instead. Once the water came out the glasses was covered with finger prints of sources, so we didn't drink anything at all. I was ready to leave after my onion soup wasn't edible, but my wife insisted on us staying. When i got my main course i was spending more time removing the lemon seed the chief squeezed over the meat then enjoying my meal. I will never visit this location again it was hands down my worst experience i ever had. I can't wait to get back to Orlando Florida. I took a few photo of a few lemon seeds.

Decent visit overall. We stood at the front door for about 15 minutes before being sat. Took about another 15 minutes to see the server and get drinks. There were only two servers so it also took a bit to get our order in and a chef in front of us to cook. Our chef was awesome, food was great. Our server was friendly and we ended up having a good visit once it got going. The carpet is sticky and needs cleaning. The wall paper is greasy and pealing off the walls. The fixtures around the hibachi including the speakers, lights, and air vents were also very greasy. For this price point the restaurant needs to be cleaned and updated. No manager present

Ordered lunch from here, got raman.. They gave me no broth, just dry over cooked noodles... I also ordered a noodle dish on the side. It smelled awful, like old unwashed, wet clothes. It was burned and i paid 15$ for about two spoons worth of noodles. 40$ on two things I couldn't eat.

Now I know why this place has only 3.6 stars ⭐️. First time trying Benihana and I will never go back if it were my choice. First off the broth is salty as heck and kinda bitter from the fermented shoyu? I don’t know but it wasn’t good, but the worst about it was the hard boiled egg used instead of the ajitama aka soft boiled shoyu egg. Then my sashimi sampler had 2 cooked shrimp 🍤, the salmon still had the dark brown fishy membrane and the tuna was all tendons. It was chewing on rubber bands. I would not have thought that a restaurant chain as popular as Benihana would be a disappointment and that they didn’t know how to make ajitama nor they knew how to precisely cut sashimi/sushi. Especially for the price of almost $20 per dish

Benihana's grill is a great choice for group dining. The atmosphere was great. The service was fine. The food is habachi style grilled steak, seafood & chicken, sushi, soup , salad, rice and udon noodles. The restaurant was clean but a little aged. The restaurant is tucked away behind The mall at Keystone at the Crossing.

A delicious and entertaining meal. Great for a lunch or dinner with family or friends. They take pictures at the end that they print and put in a paper frame for you to keep! The hibachi chef, waitress and front hostess were wonderful when I went! I really enjoyed my meal, and it felt like a great shared experience, even if you’re seated next to complete strangers. Give it a try!

Great dining experience. We let our server know we are vegetarian and he kindly made sure our orders were correct and cooked before meat touched the grill. Our chef was great and portions were large for the Yakisoba. We went at 7:15pm on a Thursday and it was very busy and pretty loud. Definitely make a reservation beforehand. The Benihana Experience was an absolute blast! What a fun time learning how to cook on the table and making dinner for my friends. Highly recommended!!

Blown away by the service at our first visit tonight. Our server was incredible, and Chef Josh really went out of his way to make my kid’s night which was extra special for all of us. Kids are still talking about it and already planning the next time to go see Chef Josh. The food was just as good as the service, we all ate too much!

Pretty mediocre, but considering the price tag, everything should be much better. The shrimp was overcooked, the chicken was overcooked, and my friend's beef was overcooked as well. The food quality was low to mid-tier at best. The service was bad; we never received a refill on any drinks, and apparently, the cocktails tasted watered down. However, the show cook was very nice and accommodating. Unless you've never been or you want to take the kids, I just can't recommend this gimmicky place. Much better dinners can be had at the same price.

My family really enjoyed the experience! The food was delicious and Chef Josh was funny and entertaining! Had my kids laughing. The price was very expensive but once I got over the shock it was a great memory with my family!

We had a nice dinner because Te was especially nice and courteous. She suggested items and was quick to refill our drinks. Our service has been intermittently bad, in years past, but not this time. Te is highly recommended because of her attentiveness. We will definitely be back much sooner than before.

The food was so good 👍 I love the rice 🍚 I could eat that all day. Service that night was kind of slow. But it was packed.

Sat with others and had a great time. Chef was awesome and food delicious!! Server was not very good and kept getting in chef's way, left drinks empty and dirty plates at the table. Ginger sauce was excellent!

If you have a large party and want everyone to be happy - you can’t do much better than Benihana. It’s the original hibachi style restaurant, and still the best - there are closer local hibachi restaurants (that I do patronize and enjoy) - but when I want the best I go to Benihana. This location could use a new coat of paint, it’s looking a little worn - and it seemed staff was on short supply (but that’s all restaurants these days) - but our family had a great time and everyone enjoyed the meal and presentation.

I love their food or should I say the only thing I ever order which is the Benihana trio. I am disappointed tho at how the prices have gone up...I remember when we use to pay about $60 and that was for two meals. Today's total was $98 and for that reason we won't be visiting as much

Overall experience was fair. First time coming here. We made reservations, and still had to wait. Service was poor. Not sure if they were short staff but we had to remind server for refills, ordered sake and beer, no cups were given. Ordered sushi, had to ask sushi how much longer as they were cooking the hibachi. Has to ask for our soups and salads. The cook was amazing. The server was so kind and friendly but just was not on top of things. Other staff members had to get us drinks, cups, etc. Our table of 9 total was about $300 dollars and was not worth it overall. Will not be back.

I just want to say that I had a very great experience. With Covid many places have been short staff and as this is my favorite place to eat at times it has been slow and you may not get the full experience of the show that we all love and expect. I am writing this to say that tonight made me understand why I love Benihana. My service was excellent my food was amazing and I even got the beating rice heart.I also want to say that rarely in many places do you see a manager taking time to help and even though she may not had been needed tonight she helped out her staff and engaged with the guests. I am glad to say that my favorite spot deserves all 5 stars and provided me with the Benihana experience we all love.

The food was decent. The hosting was ok. The cook was awesome. He made the whole experience. Other than that I probably won't be back soon
