I gave this a 5-star review because I think they are really good. I mean it's fast food at a mall so the bar is not set super high. However they still do a great job. It is more of a hey let's eat here since we're at the mall kind of place rather than a destination. I mean you probably don't want to drive downtown and find parking just so you can eat here. But if you are already in the mall give them a shot cuz it ain't bad

Depending on the time of day the food is decent. Downtown lunch hour can be very hectic and crowded. I wouldn't go on the average lunch hour if you only have 30 mins because you will be late. Reminds me of Luca pizza pretty tasty.

Staff including the manager was rude to my girlfriend. Spaghetti was crunchy like it was either under cooked or had sat under the heat lamp to long and the sauce tasted like tomato paste.

The pizza was dry and had been out for quite some time. In fairness, we did come on a show Monday night. The pasta was hot, but unfortunately very bland. The employees working behind the counter were kind, especially the young man. He was very polite and kept saying "Yes Sir". In fact I gave it an extra star just because of him.

Horrible experience, my boyfriend's stromboli was still cold. When he took it up to ask for it to be heated more, they out it in the microwave...when he stated he didn't want microwavd food, he was told it was their process....horrible practice. food he was told that it was the orocceder

Twice I have attempted to order from them online, and each time I am told that everything was fine, and my order would be processed, I would be given alerts as to it being processed, and then about 10 minutes after that notification, I get a call telling me that my order cant be processed, and that the transaction has been refunded. I wont be fooled again.

Came to the mall during ffa convention..they were very busy, but extremely pleasant. I was with a client with disablities. He dropped his pizza and even in the busyness they replaced it for him!

Garlic knots had raw dough on the inside. Asked for a refund and they said it wasn't raw and the dough was just "soft". I know what raw dough looks like 🙄
