😠 Food order took more than 90 minutes to come out. Also didn't see the server for about 30min between drink orders. Was told by the server they burnt the first order which was why it took long. Not true, as I saw many of the same order come out before me. She's lucky my flight wasn't for a while and...

Food order took more than 90 minutes to come out. Also didn't see the server for about 30min between drink orders. Was told by the server they burnt the first order which was why it took long. Not true, as I saw many of the same order come out before me. She's lucky my flight wasn't for a while and I had the time to wait. They comped the food order which was kind, but would've preferred honesty and better service.

I ordered a side salad and a Margherita/pesto flatbread. The salad was prepared hours before I ordered it, so very dried up and not fresh! The flat bread had a strange taste to zero taste! I didn‘t like the dough at all! Won‘t return!

I ordered the soup and salad. The chicken was bland and tasteless, the lettuce was drenched in Caesar dressing. The soup was awful, had one taste and threw it away.

This place is great for an office Christmas party or even a first date. It has great food and an easy menu for a larger group. The cheesecake shown in the picture is one of my favorites. The chicken i had was so good i forget to get a picture beforehand. My coworkers also loved the meatloaf. The beer selection is good. Definitely a good spot for lunch or dinner.

If you get a food voucher from Delta because your flight to Fort Wayne was diverted to Indi instead and you had to sleep in the airport over-night... This is a decent place to get the most out of your free meal. The breakfast burrito with fresh fruit and coffee is a nice way to unkink from sleeping on an airport couch.

We stopped for breakfast before our morning flight. Atmosphere inside was pretty dark so we chose to sit outside. Most breakfast items are around $10. My wife ordered the GC croissant sandwich which was just okay. They were out of the potatoes it was supposed to come with so they substituted with fresh fruit. I had the All-American Breakfast. They only offered white or wheat toast which I thought was reasonable given the airport venue. There are limited food options after you get through security and this was probably our best choice.

Service was great. They were clearly slammed and working under pressure, but managed to be friendly and courteous anyway. Food was okay, I guess you can't expect grand culinary experiences in an airport terminal.

In my experience customer services has been nothing short of excellent.

Ordered an all American breakfast and was told that they were out of sausages. No alternative was offered and was charged full price for the dish. Eggs were under cooked and the toast had a weird smell to it. Overall a pretty poor experience early in the morning.

waited over 15 minutes to be seated and was ignored by the staff. asked if we could seat ourselves so we wouldn’t have to stand with all our luggage while waiting, but was denied. eventually had to leave or miss our flight, and we weren’t the only group.

Nice spot to eat near the farther A gates. Given United seems to have A20+ in Indy, I wind up in this area and this restaurant a lot. Definitely recommend it as a nice spot to chill!

I don’t know why so many bad reviews are posted. Even though there was a wait in line, the food was worth it... the fries were fresh and crisp, perfectly seasoned. My burger was made to order just how I wanted and it was delicious. I’m not a burger person and I feel like I made a great choice eating here. The servers did their best and were very polite. Thank you guys so much!!

For being in an airport, you would think you'd have attentive and quick service. It was not. We waited so long for a croissant sandwich and no one came to give us our checks. I would not say the servers were not friendly, but their demeanor did not make up for how long we sat there. The food was ok, but honestly would not suggest.
