Great place. For the price.. not a bad deal.. little pricey but again.. not bad try it out.. service was ok as well

First time in town and decided to stop here after flying all day. We came in late a little after 10 and they close at 11. Wait staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. She kept asking if we we ok. We got the margarita flight which was very delicious and had four different kinds of cocktails. And also got the cheese surfs as an appetizer which tasted good. It was a little salty but still good. I got the fresh Atlantic salmon for the main course and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Paying via the website was very easy and fast. I wish there was an Apple Pay option next time. Overall a great experience.

We met friends there for Monday night half price pizza. The pizza and adult drinks were excellent. There were 5 of us in our party. Service was very good as well. The only issue is was the temperature it was uncomfortably cold. While I enjoy air conditioning management needs to make sure that it doesn’t feel like you are sitting in a refrigerator. There were a number of people around us that also complained about the temperature.

Ok , ordered supreme pan crust pizza. Other than not as buttery as Pizza Hut pan crust back in the day. This has got to be my favorite pizza. Wow. So amazing. Definitely eating here again Ok, second visit and still amazing. Ordered tri t tip wedge. First two bites of steak, I thought no no no, the steak has bbq sauce, as I took another bite, the sweetness with savory just worked. Oh it was so good.

WARNING: Do not order from BJ's if you are hungry. Menu descriptions sound like you are about to satisfy every taste bud on your tongue but it shows up on your plate like (and tastes like) Chad, who just got fired from the dollar store last week, put it together for you. If you door-dash it, be prepared to use all your own condiments, regardless of the meals description, and make sure you want to do the dishes that night, because you are about to attempt to salvage the meal to the best of your ability. Save yourself the money and trouble and warm up whatever you have in the freezer. The only reason why I didn't give it a 1 Star is because I'm pretty sure nobody spit in the food.

I normally have amazing experiences here but our last visit was pretty awful. I brought my brother here to celebrate his birthday and we ordered nachos to share… the waiter came and made a noise of confusion as he put them on the table… it was only after he left that we realized the nachos were way over cooked and had virtually no chicken on them. The vast majority of the chips were inedible so we asked for a new order and our waiter was like yeah, I saw how they liked when I brought them; no apology whatsoever. Naturally we had to wait another 15 minutes which was fine but by then we were without drink refills or checked in at all. The next order was much better but I can’t help but think that if the waiter knew they were bad the first time, why serve them? We then got an pizookie and we’re told he’d swing by after we looked to see what kind we wanted and we waited another 15 minutes for him to even come back. All in all, we ended up being there 1.5 hours for nachos and a pizookie when they were virtually dead. Definitely will have me rethinking coming here next time.

In the past BJ has been really good. This visit was Terrible. Server was missing in action and food service took hours. They ran out of beer. They served burnt hamburger twice and no refills. Soup was cold. Silverware was visibly soiled. This visit was horrific. NO communication on the super slow service and terrible food. NOT going back until they get a new chef and hire staff. NOT worth the money spent.

Excellent service always! Management is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure each visit is hassle-free. Don't sleep on this place if you've never been here, it's consistently wonderful!

Great place to eat for family member of all ages. Good vegetarian options. Staff was super friendly. Food quality was good. Ambience was super nice. Wheelchair accessible. Extended hours at weekend.

It took quite a bit to get to order then, then took 45 minutes to get our food when others who came in later got theirs first and then all our food was barely warm. We had a party of 6. And then we didn't see the server again until I flagged him down to get the check.

The inside was really nice and pretty. For whatever reason, our waitress told me the drink I first asked for was disgusting. Then the only app we wanted was sold out. Told my other party member that the first choice for dinner was disgusting and wouldn't like it. Garlic vegetables were raw. Kids pizza and sauce was good. Fries are AMAZING. scampi and sauce are very good also.

Took 20 minutes to finally see a waiter. Ordered food and when my pasta came out, I asked where the breadstick was and was told they were out. My wife ordered the unlimited soup and salad. We had to remind the server 3 times to get the soup. My wife finally got her soup 30 minutes after I was finished eating my meal. The server offered a free dessert but since we had already spent 2 hours there, we declined. Won’t be back. Looking at the reviews from the last 6 months, it seems this place needs new leadership. Disappointing for sure.

We were so excited to dine in here but that excitement turned into disappointment very quickly. Staff looks lost and confused, has us walk in circles before bringing us to the right table. Fried mac n cheese was terrible. We ordered baked ziti and spicy soba noodles, but it was the ziti that was spicy and not the noodles so idk what goes on in the kitchen. Server was alright, but didn’t even offer to top up our drinks. Don’t think we’ll come back in the future!

This place was amazing! They have a gluten-free broccoli and cheddar soup. They also have a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dessert that was amazing as well. Our server, Lance, was most knowledgeable on food allergies and took precaution with our food each step of the way. I highly recommend eating here!!

Visiting from out of town and tried this restaurant out on Sunday around 4p. The service was the worst I have had in quite awhile. Problems: Almost everything except the food delivery required multiple requests. Nachos for our appetizer arrived...no plates. It was difficult to catch the server to correct the problem. Entrees were slow to arrive. One person at the table waited on a soft drink until the appetizer was done and their entree had arrived. Three requests for Ketchup and parmesan with the third request going to a different server when we got it. Unfortunately we were mostly done with our meals at that point. Server steered me wrong on the pricing for a gluten free pizza resulting in an almost $24 8" pizza. After pointing out the problem we were told the Manager would not adjust the price. We had planned on ordering dessert but we were just ready to leave after our entrées. As we were leaving we heard the group at the table behind us note they had not received their appetizer and they were finishing their entrées. The food was decent but overshadowed by service problems. The restaurant was not very busy.

Service was excellent as always. Mason is such a delight when he is our server. He’s our favorite. Thy being said. All the servers are great. Food was on point and the family had a great time. It was mother day lunch for my wife and the kids ma ma 😎👍🏼

Greenwood Park Mall, Indianapolis - Great accommodations for a Lance H. was our server: great job! Nice accommodation for a soy free Bison Burger! Delicious burger that was topped with pico. Tatonka porter beer was fabulous. My wife loved their root beer!

What sets this BJ's apart from the rest is the higher class atmosphere it offers. While BJ's are always nice, this one feels more like an Italian restaurant than anything else. My only complaint is how cramped we felt sitting in the rounded booth. We had a party of 5, and we didn't have much left room to work with, nor was there much room for our entrees. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would love to come back!

I’d say this place is one of my go to burger places! The food is great as well as the in house made root beer. The prices were a bit steep though. Loved the clean environment and fast service. Food was hot and cooked just right! Overall solid 4/5 stars! ⭐️

My girlfriend and I dined yesterday evening 45 minutes before close, and the service was wonderful. We were afraid it was too late, but the staff was more than willing to serve us. We just had a spinach artichoke dip appetizer, but it was delicious! We have been before, and the burgers are also very good. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and polite. He made us feel welcome by going out of his way to have some short, but meaningful conversations. If a manager sees this, we would like you to know that Chris (worked the evening of 6/2/22) was outstanding and that we are very thankful for his hospitality and gift! We highly recommend BJs to anyone.

Honestly, I wouldn’t come here unless I had a gift card to use. No wings, thighs were okay instead, BBQ was good but the chicken was lukewarm. Gluten free burger.. this is what I received at first, then a cold bun on a separate plate 10 minutes later. Service was okay.
