Good service, generous portions and decent food. We were seated and served quickly. The restaurant was not crowded on an early Friday evening. The house salad was underwhelming, the bread was quite nice, the lasagna was delicious and the linguini pasta with marinara and meatballs was just okay. In general, the price is a little high for the quality of the food and the dining experience.

The service was excellent. The baked cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce and grilled chicken added was top-notch. My husband really liked his sausage and pepperoni pizza. He said it was very flavorful. Also the Italian cream sodas taste great...especially the orange. Very nice Italian restaurant with kind servers.

The food was excellent! There were 16 of us and everyone was satisfied. I had the lasagna which melt in your mouth! Our server, Tameka, did a great job getting food and drinks to us. Everyone I talked to that worked there was very friendly and helpful. I am definitely going back!!

Had a great meal. First time here, truly loved it. Had the lasagna myself 💯. The wife had the Timballo combo she loved it, and had to take some home. The waitress Alexis-R was great and loved her job, which makes a big difference. And whatever you do don't miss out on the stuffed mushroom appetizer. 🤤❤️

Johnny Carino's makes one of the best pizzas out there. We went with the traditional margarita pizza with additional veggie toppings, and it was so flavorful and delicious. My pizza-loving family has always enjoyed this pizza option every time. I went with my all-time favorite angel hair and artichoke pasta. You cannot go wrong with that! I appreciated the complimentary birthday Sunday ice cream that we enjoyed on the occasion of my birthday this year. Our waitress Morgan was amicable and helpful. Johnny Carino's is a place you can rely on for a good outing with your family or friends 👍🏼.

My wife and I really try to like this place especially because it’s where went ate for our first date. We like the food. However, the prices keep going higher and the portions smaller. $19 for a pasta dish is a bit extreme, especially when it only comes with bread. There is no way that the family platter is worth $40 so the half price Monday deal isn’t really a half price deal. I’m going to miss it when it closes down which will happen as there is never anyone there anymore.

My first time here was a great experience! The staff was very friendly, and they were busier, but they still got the food out quickly, and it was all very delicious! It was fairly pricey, but still very good. Would definitely recommend as a special occasion outing.

I eat at Carino's fairly often. Like everywhere, the prices have gone up. But, the food is good, service is usually great and I like the atmosphere. I love the spicy shrimp and chicken dish and the house salad and soups are always fresh and tasty.

Food was ok pizza was a bit overdone ravioli was good way to much dressing in salad ask for dressing on the side.. Restaurant floors not clean food on carpet.

We went there a bit before the main rush around 5 or 530pm. There was no wait to sit. Our server got our drinks in a timely manner. We got the bread and oil before we even got our drinks. The food was decent. I had the BBQ bacon burger without mayo. Like I said, it was decent. I also had the Italian salad and that was pretty good. Not quite olive garden but still tastey. I should mention I measure every Italian salad to olive gardens.

Our server was phenomenal. He had a good sense of humor, was attentive, and pleasant. The food was pretty good. We ordered the sampler appetizer, and we ordered the cheese tortellini and a burger off their new lunch menu that runs until 4 p.m. Our food came to us quickly, and it was hot and accurate. Portion sizes were pleasantly filling for being lunch portion. The tables and dining areas could be a little cleaner. Our table still had crumbs that were missed when the table was wiped down, but that happens during busy times. The server was quick to get it cleaned up for us. The place had a relaxing atmosphere and all the employees we encountered were nice.

Our original J Carinos is in Pigeon Forge. Love it. Had to try Greenwood since we live in Indy. Same great food, large servings and nice atmosphere. Everything just as we've come to expect. Alexis R was very good at her job even being so busy. Asked several times if we needed anything and if all was ok. We've always recommended the Pigeon Forge location and will do the same for Greenwood.

The food was really tasty, with the exception of the Alfredo. It had so much pepper on it, that my whole mouth was on fire 🔥 Maybe offer an Alfredo with less pepper please. The mozzarella sticks were amazing 😍

The food was good but not great. The atmosphere not the best but our waitress d (Dana)was great. Made it worthwhile. Very attentive and made sure it was a pleasant experience. Because of her we may go back.

An amazing place to go on a date and have good food as well. Staff is amazing and cheerful people to be around.

This is the second time I've went and each time its been an unpleasant experience. The hostesses are rude and do not listen while taking orders. The food is mediocre and for the price it's a rip off. That is my last time going Edit: the food actually tasted better the second day after a warm up then it tasted when I ordered it. So that was a plus!

It was a little pricey. But the staff was amazing!! The appetizer was ordered as a meal and came to the table cold, as an appetizer. Would definitely try here again!!

We love going here for dinner with the kids. First the mushrooms appetizer is so good. I always prefer the chicken Parmigiano. I think they have one of the best. Servers are always great here.
