I haven't been to culver's in years, went to the one off 135 and they gave us the wrong food, we spent $60 there and typically we like to make the best of it but the food that we did receive wasn't even edible the burger was absolutely disgusting it's like they meshed all the grill fat together burnt it up and called it a patty and the pretzels bites were also burnt. I mean really what an enormous disappointment! Won't be back.

Visited this location tonight (12-1-22). Front line was very busy trying to dispense orders. Lady finally took our order and was pleasant and friendly. When our food was delivered, I no longer wanted to dine in. Most of the kitchen workers must of thought it was open Mic Night at the local bar. I asked to speak with the manager and he did come to our table. I confirmed he was the manager and then pointed out how unprofessional the staff was and he was allowing it to happen. He sheepishly apologized and went to calm everyone down. For the next 10 minutes as people left, the staff would shout, "Bye", just to get a reaction from the customers. This clearly showed who was really running the store. If this was the first time I had heard them, I wouldn't think too much about it. But I was here 2 weeks ago and had the same bad experience. Maybe the owner needs to pop in for a surprise visit around 8pm some Thursday night. You can do better Culvers!

We ordered drive thru and waited 20 minutes when the worked carried 4 orders out at once. Our fries were cold. The orders should be carried out as soon as they are ready. I understand there may be staffing issues, the drive thru staff could have said this and we would have walked in and picked up the food.

This Culver's is like any other Culver's. They have the same building, the same desks, same food, same bathrooms, etc.. However, Tim is HERE. Tim has made my experience go from an average experience to something above and beyond. HIs humble attitude, cute smile, big muscles, and amazing personality were really the highlights of my days in Culver's. He is truly an admirable man and very diligent with his work, caring for every customer that walks through those doors and even taking time out of his day to have conversation. He treats us customers like a family. I just hope that in these last few months that I have in Greenwood, I can spend more time with this darling man. Thank you for everything you have done Timothy.

Very busy location on a Friday night. Mainly teenagers and a few families inside. The line was out the door, and several cars were deep at the drive thru. Service was good, and no one appeared to be nervous about the long lines. Focus was on each customer, which we appreciated. It was late, so we went for custard only, but there were people ordering food made fresh to order. Highly recommend this location.

There was 4 employees standing outside the entrance like some ghetto New York corner store. Came in every table was dirty and after gettin the food the fries were cold and the burgers came out too fast to be fresh. Manager acted salty when we asked for our money back. Also wish I could give zero stars. Two employees walked around dining area TOGETHER as if tethered to one another they grabbed some trays never washed tables and proceeded to the back of the house never to clean again while I was still dining. Pathetic place of business and the management needs reviewing!!!

The staff are terrible. We went to the drive through and the cashier was rude from the start. We asked some questions about mushrooms and the guy started to get toxic. We were patient with him, but eventually we asked if he was okay. He yelled, and I quote, "I have your cheeseburger. God!" We were so angry we yelled at him and drove off without finishing the order. If you want good service, don't come to this Culver's.

This place never disappoints! The food is great. The employees are respectful, kind, and efficient, The frozen custard is to die for!! There is a problem with my clothes, though. Every time I go there, my clothes shrink. 🤣

The food is always great and generous sized. And I love how Culver's hires staff that might be a little challenged and helps them fit right in and gives all a chance to have a job. Kudos to them.

Very slow on the drive through line. Waiting about 7 minutes behind only 1 car to order. I then waited over 20 minutes to get my food. It is usually slower than other “fast food” but this was ridiculous. The kid bringing the food out only brought food for the next person about 4-5 minutes.

We went at peak hours, and still, service was great and very fast. They were well staffed, but everyone seemed to be keeping busy. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. It was perfectly fresh and delicious. Their root beer is a classic. Highly recommended.

Been here a few times getting custard, every time it was sub-par. Either very runny or little to no toppings in it. Recently ordered BlackBerry Cobbler with 1/2 of a single BlackBerry and a small taste of cobbler topping. I've given this location multiple attempts, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed but feel this is a poor cost saving attempt from local management.

The staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Our cashier mumbled all her questions and when I asked a clarifying question the next thing she said was do you want the basket. I purposely did not order my custard until after my fish sandwich was eaten (over cooked and so greasy). When I went back to order my dessert I was given my number to have it delivered to my table, after 10 minutes I went in to get it. What I was handed was a container of milk, it was warm and horrible. I was told it was fresh, yet they pulled it from under the counter. Do better Culvers!

It is a super busy Saturday here, line extremely long but service fantastic! We decided after eating that we wanted ice cream but didn’t want to wait in line again; Ryan the sweet hostess said “no worries I will go get it for you” and with a smile which you don’t get very often anymore. We watched her. She didn’t stop there; she was cleaning tables and helping others as sweetly as she did us. Great job Ryan you gave me renewed hope in your generation.

The spicy chicken sandwich tasted ok. Cheese curdles was unpalatable… the Culver’s one on Emerson ave tasted a lot lot better..

Food was good, even with a lobby full of customers they got people in and out quickly and the cashier stayed calm even after asking for help repeatedly and not getting it. She was a rock star!! The building itself was messy with overflowing garbage and just overall sticky. It was the end of the night and I am sure they cleaned after closing.

Got another butter burger. Forgot I wanted the corned beef. Maybe I will remember next week. I like Culver's. Dependable! Wife got the two piece cod meal. They don't list it below anymore. Really good cod!

Go to Dairy Queen next to it, charged me $1.00 for bacon that wasn’t added on my burger, got sweet tea and it was half full like that’s just common sense and ticks me off. To top it off for two meals waited 45mins.

Let me start by saying, I'm a Culver's fan and have eaten there all over the Midwest. This review is only for this location, which is not a banner representation of the franchise. On average, this location has gotten my order right approximately 15% of the time, and they are one of the slowest drive-throughs in the central IN region. On my most recent visit (Th), I ordered a plain hamburger and one signature sauce (among other items for my family). They put ketchup on the burger, which was dry and crispy all the way through, and charged me for 3 signature sauces (according to the receipt) ... and only put one in my bag. No matter how often I've ordered a plain hamburger there, I have never been served a plain hamburger -- with cheese, with mustard, with ketchup -- they can't get it right. I've been upcharged without consent multiple times and couldn't interject when ordering because the order and pricing often doesn't come up on the screen (broken?). Order has often been wrong. Once, I had to wait for a half hour while all the cars in front of and behind me were served. Why? They couldn't find my order ticket number, so when I did get my food, it was cold because it had been prepared 25 minutes prior. I've written to management 2-3 times and, while apologetic, they haven't made changes nor amends. So, go to this location only if you're not picky about what you get (best bet is to order fried food, I guess), if you don't mind being charged a bit extra, or you're desperate for a Culver's fix and you'll take what you can get. Otherwise, AVOID at all costs. It's my fault for going there (it's my closest location) ... and I think I finally have to take responsibility and boycott because they can never deliver even the most basic of service.

Food is great, but every single time my wife orders a single burger, they charge us for and bring her a double. For a while, she used to take it back up and then have to wait for another sandwich to be cooked. It's happened so often that she now just eats the double while it's hot and then goes to the counter to tell the manager again she got the wrong sandwich.

Took my Grand-girls for ice cream. My first time but not theirs. I had the double scoop turtle, they had a sundae and a concrete mixer. Mine was very good. They said theirs were good too. I didn't put 5 stars because our #71 was dirty.

Unfortunately I have to put this restaurant on the list which saddens me. I got the new pub burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was no thicker than a wafer and was barely lukewarm, and the three slices of cheese were cold, like they were just taken out of the box and thrown on the sandwich. The fries were cold. I took the food back to the counter and asked to be refunded. The manager was very nice and refunded my money with no questions asked.

Kids meal is my go to always. The cheeseburger was better than I remember but the scoop of the flavor of the day was a sorry example of sweetness. Maybe it's this location that isn't as gracious as others with their mix-ins. The young and who delivered my food was a sweetheart

Really really good burgers, good fries also. The ice cream was delicious. Comparable with five guys burgers, not as greasy though. Fries are not quite as scrumptious though. Ice cream rich, thick with lots of good choices. Highly recommended

Annette was the lady taking our order and she was amazing. We seldom go to Culver's and I have some new dietary restrictions. She helped me chose a delicious meal within my limits. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
