What kind of a business practice is it to shut down an entire location with zero notice to the staff? People shouldn't be getting ready to go to work, only to discover they don't have a job from Facebook of all places. I've eaten at the Broad Ripple location a few times and I thought the food was decent, but I'm never spending my money here again now that I know how poorly they're willing to treat their staff.

I loved this place. I worked here for most of 2016 and everyone there was like my family and I was so sad to leave. So, to see what Tim did to my family today has wrecked me. Don't waste your money here on someone who's so willing to just throw great people out in the cold with no notice!!! Treat your employees like people and maybe you wouldn't have had to shut down the broad ripple location!!

I used to enjoy going to the Broad Ripple location, and the food was always decent (the tacos/mac & cheese, never the burgers). However, I heard about how management closed down the Broad Ripple location to move downtown and didn't even give their employees proper notice (many found out over a Facebook post!!). I was interested in checking out the downtown location, but after hearing about this, I'll never go here again. There are plenty of delicious food spots in Indy without supporting bad leadership and management.

Went with my coworkers on the second day after they opened. We enjoyed our food, although we thought it a little bit pricey for what you get. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. They did seem to be experiencing an issue with the exhaust fan with a significant amount of smoke backing up in the restuarant from the grill. Seating was also extremely limited. The loss of one star was for the limited seating and price/value ratio of the food.

I was a longtime customer at the Broad Ripple location until they abruptly closed this past week... we used them for catering and lots of evening dinner stops. The owner gave no notice to the employees when he closed the place, leaving all of them without a job and no time to look for one; many of the employees found out via Facebook just before their shifts. This is especially horrible because the employees relied on this job to pay their bills. I will not be visiting this downtown location, and I urge others to consider this before supporting his business; he needs to answer for leaving so many people out in the cold.

Disappointing. I read all the great reviews and expectations fell short. First of all, if you are going to charge $10 for chips and two dips, please bring out two baskets of chips for a table of eight. We asked for another basket and it took a good 20 minutes for them to come back with it. The food was good but the service was VERY slow. The tacos don't come with a side and the server said that people are usually full with two tacos. Um, maybe people with no appetite? They got two kids meals wrong and didn't even ask one kid if she wanted a drink with her meal (which is included in the price). They brought out corrected kids meals but with everything else we experienced, we will not be back.

I was apparently the very first customer at this location, and I was extremely encouraged by my first experience. Everyone was very friendly and seemed excited about the restaurant opening. Service was great. I ordered the mac & cheese with duck confit, asparagus, and caramelized onions. I chose a small house salad as my side, and enjoyed both very much. The price is a little higher than I would like for lunch, but I got two meals out of the mac & cheese. The menu looks great and I'm eager to go back and try some of their other offerings.

I absolutely loved the broad ripple location and the newer downtown location was a huge disappointment. The prices went up and the food had no taste. The meat was over cooked, chips were too salty to eat, and the salsa tasted like water. One additional star was added because they clearly label their menu gf and vegan.

The food was decent, what really stood out to me was the mac n cheese (it was amazing). Unfortunately my friend and I had came for the black bean burger, which he swears was the best but unfortunately has been changed recently and just wasn't good :/ As far as the service goes everyone was nice but they were very slow and our time at the table was around 90 minutes... which is a long time for a lunch break.

I love this place. Miss their Broad Ripple location with the full-service wait staff, but if this is the only MoFoCo option I get, I'll take it any day of the week. Tacos: A+. Mac and Cheese dishes: A+. Fries: A+ times one thousand. If you work in the block, this isn't only a stop for good food, it might be about your only stop.

Great tacos. Really tasty. Two were filling. Ordered two vegetarian tacos. Wish I lived here. I would eat here all the time.

Had to double down on the mac & cheese ( 1/2 buffalo chicken / 1/2 pulled pork. Amazing place, will defiantly be back.

Love this place, great tacos and chips. I go there almost 2-3 times a week. The service is always great. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for somewhere fun to take my parents and the reviews were good. Someone mentioned that they have lots of veggie options and my Mom often likes that. Throw in burgers for my dad and I thought, "Why not." The staff was super friendly and my salmon tacos were awesome. My dad got spicy meatloaf which had a nice kick and my mom enjoyed a veggie wrap. I was looking for the Cake Bake Shop which I knew was close by. My waitress didn't know where it was put sent out another staff member. He was nice enough to tell me where it was and draw a little map.

Great place for any meal! Its located in what used to be a house (I think!) that was converted into a restaurant and this gives it a nice homey feel. They have some really good (and healthy) choices to choose from. The best part is that they have plenty of delicious options if you are vegan or vegetarian! Their taco with the crushed quinoa burger is delicious! They have a sizable beer collection though I didn't really try any at the time.

Second time to Broad Ripple. Definitely the best food I've had here. Amazing tacos, the chips are great, no draft beer but a solid bottle selection... overall very impressed. Will definitely be returning in the future.
