Placed an online order, it’s been over 3 hours and still waiting on our food. Called 4 times, no answer. Short staffed?? Then here’s a thought….CLOSE DOWN!! What a joke this location is!! Thanks for the 4 hour late, cold, burnt pizza. Shut down, save yourself and unhappy customers

Well this was disappointing. They use to open the box when you picked up to make sure it was correct. Now I see why they didn't do it this time. Not the pan pizza crust it use to be.

Amazing service Sunday night! Pizza was delivered so quick and was still hot. The phone service was excellent, even saved me some money! The delivery driver was extremely nice and very professional. KUDOS Brownsburg, you have a great team! The pizza box is a great value. *2nd review. Again this store did amazing. The triple chocolate brownie was so yummy. This by far is the best Pizza Hut in town.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! We ordered a large supreme pizza for $26. One mushroom cut up, hardly any green pepper and you could count the thinly sliced pepperoni slices. The crust was dry and hard as a rock. Never again would I consider ordering from this place

Here’s the truth. My order was late…quite a bit late. BUT, the young man at the counter (as well as everyone else at the restaurant) was working as hard as he could. He was polite and trying his best. I will definitely return to this Pizza Hut because he made the experience a positive one. Edited to add: I want everyone to understand I believe this Pizza Hut is wonderful! The employees are hardworking and personable. My experience on the night in question was due to many very large orders. I was not in the least upset with anyone working at the restaurant. Customer service was stellar!

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in over 15 years so we thought we'd give it a try. It was beyond what we expected! They were fast and our pizzas were hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!!! We will definitely order again....and are not waiting another 15 years to order!

Spent $36 on a stuffed crust Supreme Pizza. What a waste, I have made better crust myself, it seriously looked a like a 2 year old made it as a project. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again and hope this helps others go a different route.

We always go to the Pizza Hut in Brownsburg, Indiana. The food and service there cannot be beat. It's getting harder to find Pizza Hut locations, which is really sad because they are an American institution and they serve amazing food. If you have a chance, visit this Pizza Hut and have an amazing meal. 😊😊😊

Placed my order around 5:30 and was finally told my order was done at 645. This place has gone way down hill. When we called to ask about the order the person was rude. Had to stop my wife from going up there and giving. Them a piece of her mind. Save yourself the agervation and order from someone else.

What happened to Pan Pizza at Brownsburg? Worst excuse I’ve seen Torino’s at least has sauce and cheese out to end of crust, this “Pan Pizza” has a 4” crust and no sauce at all in Pizza very disappointing.

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated. Then we waited for quite a while for someone to come to the table. She took our drink order but informed us they were out of Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew, and it would be in bottles since the drink machine was down. Then, we proceeded to place our food order to be told they were out of breadsticks. Finally, I went to pay our bill and was told the credit card machine was down and it was cash only. I love pizza hut, but this was just a little too much gone wrong. The management obviously struggles with running the restaurant.

Unlike any Pizza Hut "pan" pizza I've ever had. Dry and flavorless. Breadsticks were awful. My wife, my daughter and myself took one bite each and threw ours away. Just dry bread with no seasoning. Got a large pepperoni with olives and bacon on one half. Same weird dry flavorless "pan" crust. I don't expect an even 50/50 split, but it's like the person cutting the pizza didn't even look while doing it. It was 70/30 at best. I scraped the olives and bacon off of one of my pieces so my wife could get a piece with more than two bites. It also seemed like the large pizza was half cooked and the olives and bacon were only tossed on after the pizza had already been cooked. My daughters medium cheese was at least cut with some semblance of care, but again, weird "pan" crust. My only regret is that we were so hungry from getting back from a long road trip, that I didn't take a picture until we were done eating to show how truly awful this expience was. We had Pizza Hut pan pizza a week ago in Alabama that seemed like a Michelan 5 star restaurant compared to Brownsburg.

let’s not be so quick to judge, it’s their second day open, short staffed, people have already quit. All of you leaving bad reviews and yelling at the workers need to get a life. it’s over a pizza, go to the 100 other pizza locations in the area if it’s that big of a deal. you guys don’t know what goes on outside of making your little $12 pizza. cut the workers some slack, some of them actually care.

Don't deserve a full star. Promised me my order in 45 minutes. Never completed my order. Just pulling occasional burnt pizza from oven and threw away. Lobby full of people. Not one left with a pizza.

This place went to the dump the last 3 years or more. Poor management. Poor customer service and less than desirable food! This use to be a favorite in this town. These days I wouldn't go here even if it was the only place open. Curious to see if anything different happens after they remodel. I hope or they'd might as well not even reopen.

I've never had an issue with this Pizza Hut. Yes, sometimes the food tastes better than others but everyone is entitled to an "off" night. I think it's funny how everyone complains about a messed up order when you've messed up the spelling in your post. Guess no one is perfect! Stop being so negative, life's too short!!!

Server was nasty and rude, this place all together is disgusting… tables/chairs were sticky and when we asked to have a wipe to clean it off, we were given an attitude and got told “it’s just the sanitizer but I guess I’ll go get something to clean it”.. I also had my 1 year old with me and he was babbling, like most babies do… the server turned and looked at him and said “shhhh. come on”… never coming to this Pizza Hut again..

Five star experience tonight at Pizza Hut Brownsburg. A big thank you to Ethan for remaking our pizza with less sauce. Thank you for going the extra mile for us! We’ll be back soon! This is an update on my last review. The past two time now Tina has taken care of us on our orders in making sure that they had light sauce. I am very grateful for places like this Pizza Hut that still strive for quality customer service and deliver a good experience as well as a great product. Keep up the amazing work!

Apparently you can't sit down and have the normal pizza hut experience anymore. Walked in, was greeted with "here for the buffet" we responded no, just regular dine in. He huffed, and said "order here" meaning we had to order at the counter. Started taking our order, and the other team member came out and stood behind us. Asked for what kind of soda they had (like if they have diet MD ) and was told they only have bottled soda. Then it looked like the other team member was grabing our "freshly cooked pizza" from the buffet! We didn't want buffet for a reason! We didn't pay and walked out. Incredibly disgusting

We are still waiting on the delivery order we placed over two hours ago. I understand that places are short staffed. I would have been okay and understood if someone had simply updated me on the status of my order. Instead my family is still hungry and I am figuring out something else for dinner. My husband and I have both called the restaurant to get an update and the phone just rings and then disconnects. I simply want a refund of my money. In the future, a simple update would be appreciated.

Ordered online at 5:30 and got a delivery estimate of 85-95 minutes. At 7pm got a text "order is out for delivery" and by 7:40 still nothing. I call the store and they won't answer. Then I get a text saying that delivery is changed to door dash who are on the way to the store to pick up the delivery. And tracking says it'll be another 30 minutes or more. Still no one answers my calls. Will my pizza ever arrive? Should I refuse delivery and ask for a refund? Accept and still ask for refund? 3 hours for pizza delivery is insane. If they don't have drivers call me up and offer that I can come get it myself for faster service. See if I ever order from here again. I could understand delays happen unexpectedly, but to refuse to answer the phone too??
