    This probably the worst Rally's I've ever visited. The food tasted old and you can tell they hadn't changed grease in the fryer. The lady running the drive thru was rude and had a nasty attitude. If you want fresh food and good service I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

    Ordered twice in the same evening, the first order was 2 combo meals of which burgers never arrived, we then proceeded to place a second order to rectify the issue of a lack of burgers and they only sent one burger the second time around. This was all done through uber and I cannot fathom how hard these employees would have to try to mess up this badly twice like that. Both bags were clearly labeled with the receipt and both had the correct orders written on them. All I can surmise is a willful ignorance of doing any sort of their job correctly. I'm only writing this as a heads up that you should avoid this establishment if at all possible.

    This place has the worst customer service ever! They are rude and confertational refused to serve me at the window, after I had ordered my food online . Made me get in line and it took 15 minutes on top of how long I stood outside before they even came to the service window my food was cold after a total of 25 minutes of wait time to pick it up! On top of that … they were out of almost everything I ordered !!! No mozzarella sticks… no ketchup… no

    Our favorite fast food drive in. Triple Buford meal is a real budget for what you get,and the fries are so good they don't even need ketchup.

    The three guys that work here seems like everyday when I come through they run this place like a well-oiled machine the food comes out great every time service is on point couldn't ask for a better experience from this type of establishment

    Third time I've gone through the drive-thru in the past 2 weeks and all three times I was told our system is down. We can only accept exact change. That's kind of weird. So three times in 2 weeks. Literally three times in 2 weeks

    Have stopped here often. Always happy with the service. Sometimes orders get a little messed up might be due to our end but still happy with this location ☺️ food seems to always be fresh and hot! Wished Rally's offered kids menu items like toys call it Checkers Kids. Lol idk maybe they already have it but my 4 yr old kid loves Rally's food too but he only ever wants McDonalds because they have his "foys" (toys) 🤣

    The line took forever. There were only 2 cars past 1:00 in the morning and I waited over 20 minutes with one car in front and behind me unable to get out. The lady also seemed to be helping walk ups without cars at another window. It wasn’t even cheap for “fast food” and terrible customer service!

    The food was good. The service was horrible. Waited at the speaker for at least ten minutes before anyone said anything. Then continued to wait another 5 minutes before my order was taken. There was only one other customer.

    It’s been several years since I’ve eaten rally’s and I was quickly reminded why. To me every time I did visit, it seems like they dump the whole salt shaker on the patties. This time wasn’t any different besides the fact that I had a piece of plastic in a big Buford. It was a hard, clear, piece like the corner of one of those vacuum sealed bags they send food in or hard plastic you have to cut to open a Best Buy electronic. Luckily I caught before I swallowed but pretty sure it will be even longer before I visit another rally’s

    I asked the guy for two big Buford combos, I asked him for one of the burgers with no mayonnaise. He told me know they come the way they come.I told him I'd give him a 5 dollar tip and he sad okay.... one with no mayo...

    Slow service and the mushroom n swiss was slopped together and cold. Fries where old and pop was flat. The owner has responded with just a comment but hasnt offered to make it right. I probably wont return and waste my time and money

    All the employees are rude. Sometimes they're not even there or don't acknowledge customers. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's good, other times it's terrible.

    We went here earlier and no one responded to the window, so we don't know how the service is. This happened about a week ago as well. We usually go to the one on Kentucky Avenue by Decatur High School but it's a good 20 minute drive and this one on Washington and Holt is much closer for a to go order. We live near Checker Flag. I guess we'll continue going to that Rally's on Ky Ave and eating inside their lobby

    My daughter brought me home a burger. It was stone-cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator. That cold. They've got an answering machine so they don't have to talk to anyone.

    I walked up to the outside window to order some loaded fries and the employee told me I had to have a mask on so she didn't serve me, the only problem I have is that none of the other employees in the restaurant had no mask on 😡😡😡, The mask mandate states we don't have to wear one, so what right I have to wear one. October 21st, 2022.

    I was so disappointed ted when i opened up my sandwich to eat it. If i was closer i would have asked for another tomato but i opened it when i got to Lyndhurst. Anyway I bout the 2 for 6 double chicken sandwich...added pickles and to.ato to both. On each sandwich they charged me .10 for a pickle. 1 little pickle...and .40 for 1 tomato. The tomato they put on my sandwich was so small and appeared go be either shriveled up or only the skin....40 cents for that?? Im sure the sandwich maker wouldnt choose the same pathetic excuse for a tomatoes if they were making a sandwich for themselves. With giving customers. ingredients like this people will stop going qnd it'll close.

    Very ghetto.... rude, and I guess they were high..... She couldn't figure out what size a regular coke is supposed to be..... or what it is..... Left and went to Wendy's.... at least they knew what a regular cokes was, and gave it to me.

    Waiting for 10. They were clearly taking one order plus payment and handing the order out before taking a second order. They told me to leave their drive thru but you can’t leave rally’s drive thru they trap you in. Over all terrible services and poor communication skills. Just a whole lot of ghetto

    For the longest this was not the place to eat , since they got rid of all the doper’s it is one of the most consistent eatery's around here , service is quick friendly and on point ! Well done the girl running it is spot on should probably give her a raise before somebody scoops her up lol

    Very rude closed the store all because I walked up and tried to order refuse to talje my order and also told every drive thru customer it’s a ten min wait I sat there for 47 minutes exact

    They took an order and then just sat on it for an hour. Then when I called they then said they didn't have wings, which is why they hadn't completed the order. After accepting the rest of my order (minus the wings) they just canceled and closed up shop. Wasting food and time. Great place to waste.

    I ordered 4 chill cheese corned dogs I got old mini hotdogs that didn't fill the bun was as thick as a #2 pencil Food was old like left overs from when they opened store. Poor customer service (white male mgr or supervisor) asked me to pull around to the other drive through window were they are doing doordash orders. To get cars off of the drive through clock but food quality and service is POOR! MAJOR POT HOLE THATS BEEN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR STILL NOT FIXED. POOR LIGHTING IN PARKING LOT NOT SAFE WITH HOMELESS WALKING UP TO CARS
