Love the totally tuna with salt and vinegar jimmychips, Bike delivery driver Josie was fast and friendly definitely made my day better!

My delivery driver apparently got a flat tire on his car on his way to me but STILL made the delivery within an hour on a Lime Scooter. Great dedication and the sandwiches were still very fresh. Wish I got the delivery drivers name.

I was attending a friend downtown and ordered a sammy because I was too tired to go out. Know who else was two tired? Josie. They even showed up on a bike how amazing is that? Get it? Two tired, a bike... Ahahaha. Please tell me you get my joke. I worked really hard on that. No but Josie is great 😆🤣

Gotta love Jimmy John’s. I’m a big fan of the cherry peppers. It was quiet when I went to grab a sandwich for dinner and the dude was cool. 10/10 would go again

I'm an extremely picky eater & all I wanted was cheese & turkey on my sandwich. My boss went to get our food, because the place that I work for orders from there all of the time & this is what I was given. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you.

Super fast. Well staffed. Even at their busiest. Only once have they made a mistake on my order, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix it. HIGHLY recommend this store over others in the area.

I ordered a "totally tuna" like i normally do (just different location) except this time I only got maybe 3 tablespoons of tuna on a full sub sandwich when I called to inform them the manager said that it was the correct portion on there and that ALL the other times it was wrong. Needless to say I will never go to this location again nor will I suggest them to ANYONE

Literally almost just killed one of their bike drivers driving down a one-way running a red light flying! Followed me to the next light to tell me to slow down? I have a dash cam sir , you were the one who ran the red light, almost striking my vehicle, while cussing me out. Incompetent person to say the least .

My delivery guy , Josie is the best … he rides a bike.. and he will get you your order on time and it will be fresh..

Lovely people at this location. I was able to order and get my food super fast :) The delivery person (Josie I think was her name) was amazing. Friendly, personable, and very courteous. Definitely will order from here again and encourage anyone else to!!

I ordered catering today on short notice and they were quick to respond to the large order. John H. delivered the order, called & texted to confirm delivery. This location is definitely trying to bounce back through the pandemic. I have ordered from here multiple times this year and I have had a positive experience.

We use JJ on a pretty regular basis here at the office. Not only are they always super helpful and personable, but they're not kidding, they really are freaky fast. Which is important trying to feed the masses between or for meetings. John specifically is a gem. I appreciated his communication and going out of the way to be accommodating. Thank you !

I was attending classes in Indianapolis and decided to order delivery instead of wasting gas. I'm from Anderson and most of our delivery comes by car and I was surprised my food was delivered by bike courier. Her name was Josie and she was exceptionally friendly. Got my order like ten minutes before I was expecting it and it was even still warm. Very happy with the food and even more delighted by the friendly face.
