Wait time was over two hours. I was told doctors were leaving the building and ultimately only one doctor remained in the building to do lengthy work physicals which created a very long wait for customers. Not acceptable. Concentra needs to respect customers/patients personal time. Would like to acknowledge Julia. She was apologetic about the wait time and went out of her way to make the visit more pleasant. Overall the staff at the NW location was pleasant to customers as well as to each other, which is nice for customers to see.

Pretty good. I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and was honestly dreading it a bit. I'm not really one to leave reviews but my experience here was actually a surprisingly pleasant one. The front desk staff were super nice, and helpful. The lady who took me back was super patient with me. As far as the wait time, it was roughly a 45 min process start to finish, I went in for a drug screening for me job. I really didn't think it was too bad, the time kinda of flew by, and it all went pretty smooth except for the printer jamming at the end and adding an external 5 or 6 minutes lol. Overall pretty good place, wouldn't mind going back.

Before going to Concentra I called 2 different locations. I wanted to schedule an appointment to decrease a wait time. I was told at the location near the airport whether I schedule an appointment or not, I could still wait 1-2 hours. When arriving to the 74th street location, the 1st thing said to me at 5:56pm “ you are going to wait 1-2 hours”. I felt like the goal was to discourage me to go somewhere else, knowing they closed in an hour. Although it was sad to see 1 MA staffing working, it was not that bad. However the front desk staff was very unprofessional talking on cell phones when I was trying to be checked out and talking amongst themselves. There was a lot of unprofessional conversations that could decrease the wait time for sure!!

From my first experience being there last week on Thursday around 3pm, the staff that was working there was very polite & professional. I believe Indiana needs not only more kind genuine smiles but more of that type of great customer service.

I was greeted by Julie on April 4. She is truly a professional at what she doing. She has the upmost respect for her patience as she takes her time and explains everything from head to toe. She makes you feel welcome and appreciate it. They have a good team.. Thank you, Julie

The staff was friendly and took care of me once I was in. I had a blood draw that took less than 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't called back until 22 minutes after my scheduled time. This is the second time I've been here and the first time was close to the same. I fit this short appointment into my day, made it work. I understand staffing shortages but if you can't handle the volume, don't schedule people. I expect my time to be respected as much as you want yours respected.

To me, the most important thing in any kind of public atmosphere is attitude A positive attitude of a staff can negate any negative experiences one may have Just having to go, in itself can be a negative experience in my case I was injured at work I had no choice I was there on three different occasions and on every visit- everyone, save for one - (who, in my opinion was taking her job too seriously) everyone kept a positive attitude; I was greeted with pleasurable faces and the doctor especially, was easy going, funny, and very sociable. I can almost say I enjoyed going there

Waiting for over two hours to take drug test smh. After I went and ask how much longer to the receptionist the manager over heard my conversation. She asked me how long I was waiting and was very professional and polite to me and said come on Sir I got you. Im sure she was very upset with her staff. She took care of me in 15 minutes

2 hours in the waiting room. 2 more hours waiting for a doctor. No X-rays or Scan done. Told to take Tylenol and ibuprofen and ice it down as many times as possible. Got an x-ray,& sonogram from another doctor. Diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff. That’s why the zero score.

My first visit experience was horrible, I got there about 1:30 and didn't leave until after 3:00 pm. The wait time entirely to long. The staff interaction was great, as far a reception and technician. I was there for a TB review. ? Test

The service at this facility was awesome from beginning to the end. Lilly said a very friendly hello how are you as soon as I entered the front door. The medical staff were very kind and efficient. I really felt likey time was valued. They were amazing.

I checked in at 8:02 am. I filled out the forms right away and then sat in the waiting area for 2 hours while the TV was tuned to some reality show about a competition to win a house like the childs doll: "Barbie". When I finally got called in at 10:03for my DOT physical, I asked the person giving me the exam what time she started, she said 10am. So basically, I was told to wait for 2 hours for the staff to arrive even though the clinic opens at 7:30. What kind of goofy work flow management is that? Being short staffed is one thing, but not being upfront with paying customers is abusive. I believe if there even is a manager on site he or she is way out of their depth.

Wait time for a drug screen was ridiculous! The desk staff and tech that did the screening was friendly and professional but the wait time (2 hours...to pee in a cup). I'd strongly suggest you be there when the doors open to get seen promptly. Afternoons are busy and they're not staffed for the volume of people that come in. Only giving 2 stars because my tech person was amazing! I've used this facility twice in a year and a half and it was the same experience both times. I visited after 1pm both times.

Everything was great except the wait seemed too long. There were quite a few people in front of me but still it took quite a long time. Really awesome receptionist and the nurse that took care of me was awesome.

The lady that checked me in was very well mannered and considering there were over 10 people in there , she was very efficient and professional taking care of us individually. The nurse and doctor were great too . I would recommended this Concentra to anyone .

Even though the lady behind the counter was training someone, she was still fast, friendly and efficient. I wasn’t sure what I all needed to bring, and of course had to go back to work and come back, and she got me right back in, and was just as nice and friendly, the other girls I saw in the room were also very nice, and got me taken care of!

Both Dr. Villavicencia and the staff here are very lazy. I went in with a pain and the doctor basically gave me antibiotics and said go to another doctor. The antibiotics helped, but I needed a refill of them on Friday morning so the pharmacy said they will have to request them. No response from the doctor or the staff here. Poor service, poor bedside manner, poor doctor etiquette

Lydia(Sorry if that is misspelled) was very cool and laid back, made me feel comfortable. She also made very great conversation, i'd go back just to talk to her. No doubt the place cares about getting people in and out. She was also straight forward about the wait time. I respect the positive attitude and great communication. -Frederick Green III

The only issue I have is this: I went there on a Monday right after work at 5 for a test that takes 10 minutes once I'm in a room (mask fit smell test for N95). They said there was a 2 hour wait for physicals and drug tests and they wouldn't even take my information/check me in. I asked why, because it's such a simple test and one of the girls tells me that they close at 7, and a doctor has to come in and see me, so it's considered a doctor appointment. So I go back on Tuesday, same time, I waited 1hr to go back to a room. Once I was in there, a doctor never came to see me! The nurse came in, did the mask fit test, and then I was on my way. I live almost 1.5hrs away, but had to go there because that's where my work sent me. #1 I feel like it was a waste of my time; I could've easily been done on Monday. I also feel like everyone should've been on the same page, and they weren't. Why tell me a doctor has to come in and see me, and then I never see a doc? I don't know, it was just very frustrating.

The beautiful Black client rep, that conducted a urine test, took my weight, and vision was world class helpful. She remained professional, personal, showed concern, confident and funny. Also, the doctor gave me great advise about remaining healthy while drive. All their bed side manners was 2nd to none. Thanks abounded for conducing my DOT physical.

I waited an hour for a simple chest x-ray. They have only one person able to complete the task, and utilized them to see other patients instead of completing the x-ray.

The ladies were very accommodating and friendly. They weren’t able to do one of the tests that I needed for my employment screen because their courier picks up while I’m still at work, but they set me up with a requisition at another lab so that I could do that test at my convenience. They really took good care of me.

The actual medical part of the visit was great. They were just understaffed causing me to wait for an hour in a nearly empty building plus their advertised hours were not correct compared to their open hours I could have gone in. It caused me trouble with my job which had required the random drug test.

I can tell that this location is excellent for all of the other services listed. However. I was visiting for actual "urgent care" services for a sinus infection. It is called "Concentra Urgent Care" I waited for 2 hours.The staff were all very nice. Space was clean....but I would not recommend for urgent care walk ins. All other services seemed great from my view. The drug screens and workers comp visits went much faster. Also, they do not accept medicaid for those needing to know.

Staff were kind and informative. The wait was a bit long but they did a good job communicating expectations and provided swift compassionate care.

Very long wait time, but once I got back there, the worker that brought me back was very polite, quick but thorough and I wish I got her name because she really saved this from being a below average review.

Do NOT waste your time dealing with these people. I called 20 mins before I arrived and was rudely greeted by “we’re getting everyone out in 30-40 mins,” once I got here I was told 2-3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. The girl at the front desk with the braids has a dry personality, she didn’t even care that I was told wrong “do you want to sign in?” Then walks off. I hate this place. Please go elsewhere cause this place is terrible and a waste of time.

There was very little wait. The staff was appropriate but not friendly. Understandable with short staffing e every where. Was therefor a pre employment drug screen. Was quick and protocol explained. I would return or refer.

I recently had to visit this location for a drug screen. The front desk staff was very professional and nice with the process. The wait was my issue. More than 2 hours is a very long time. They don’t immediately tell you this when you first get there. I do understand this particular location might be short staffed but the office should take apps to shorten wait times or prioritize what’s easier to do as far as screening, test reads etc. My drug screen took maybe 5 mins but I waited a little under 2 hours. The young lady that helped me was very professional and nice but the wait time make it very difficult to rate it anything other than a 2 overall.

I visited this location yesterday evening around 5pm following an incident at work. I called ahead of time and spoke with Venus who was the only helpful person I encountered. When I first arrived, Venus was waiting for me and had me fill out paperwork. After being placed in an exam room and checking in with the MA, I waited over an hour before anyone came in to do my blood draw. Finally someone came in to acknowledge me and told me it shouldn’t be too much longer. Another MA eventually came in to do my blood draw, stuck me once and told me after waiting there for 2 hours that she wasn’t going to be able to take my blood because she couldn’t get a vein. At 7:30pm they told me I would need to go to the 24 hour location or come back in the morning. The doctor on staff told me that most of the staff is new and he wasn’t surprised they couldn’t get a vein. All of the staff at this location was friendly but extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I went to the Fishers location this morning and was there for less than 10 minutes. They completed my blood work in a timely manner with no issues. Staff at this location was friendly and efficient.
