I waited for more than 1 hour, and when I chose to cancel the medicine (because of non-mandatory vitamins), it didn't work, and I'm still waiting. in the end, because I had to go home, they were able to cancel the medication. then I have to wait a long time to re-process the final administration, fortunately it can be taken tomorrow. as a customer who's sick, facing this condition is very unfortunate and it should not have happened.
