It is a nice place to stay with good security and easy access to the mall. The view of the city at night is beautiful.

Why is there a strange smell in the Kintamani tower lobby? It smells like something like urine, then in the middle of the night the sound of trucks or motorbikes passing over the flyover in front of the apartment is really loud and the sound of pedestrian crossing under the flyover sounds really loud at night even though I live on a very high floor.

Very clean! The owner and his team was exceptional. It feels like home! It doesn't feel like abnb at all. Near to everything, easy access and lots of good food around!

CBN INTERNET IS THE WORSTTTT denpasar residence is a good apartment in terms of services and rooms. But they only have cbn n indonet the internet. I hope they get rid of both of them and change to biznet for the sake of tenants. CBN IS THE WORST!! Message to DENPASAR Residence's MANAGEMENT: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO TENANT'S INTERNET and GET RID of CBN!!!!!!

Good place to live in the middle of a city.

Terrible building management. One or sometimes two lifts are ALWAYS broken and can never seem to be fixed. This causes sometimes 10 to 15 minute wait for a lift. Multiply this times 3 or 4 trips downstairs per day and you’re spending a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the lift. They also have TVs in the lifts and lift lobby so that you are constantly being bombarded with loud adverts - about enough to drive you mad after a long day at the office. There are also other VERY LOUD issues which I will not go in to detail about here. Can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move out of this awful building. Do not recommend.

Way above our expectation when we came here. Spacious and luxurious. Close to Kuningan Mall, which is very convenient.

It is getting worse. We cannot use jacuzzu, steam, sauna, and cold pool anymore!!! It has been 4 months and they never fix it!!! We keep on asking when they will fix it, they never answered at all!!! They always said they don't know!!! What an IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!
