In terms of location it is one of the best, especially if your office is in SCBD. The units have good layouts, good even squarish units. Dedicated elevators. Club gym could use an upgrade though

Not a good choice. Unless you don’t mind to have someone drilling or doing other noisy job at all time from each side of your apartment! The building is old, obviously. Private lift for the last 3 month is often broken. So basically anyone can enter your apartment without the access key. Lovely, ya? They tried to fix it many time so it’s not working and you have to use the service lift. Which is dirty and hot. You might have a ride in the elevator with a technician team along with vacuum, that is smelly and dirty (they clean the sink and other clocks with it). The windows are very thin and old, so it would not help with the sound. Extremely noisy because of the Sudirman and all the rally they do on that street at night. It need to get a very big maintenance to be a nice please to live. The only bright side about it - the crew here is nice and clever, smiling and helpful. Would not extend again my rental period here. Very disappointed.

Yesterday i went there for meeting with my client. It was heavy raining outside. Suddenly i need to go to toliet. But poor building there is no public restrooms. And I was stuck inside because of rain. Thanks for bad service..
