There are employees who are rude in the registration section and nowadays most facilities use wifi, there is wifi here but when asked they say it's only for employees... Funny...

The female registration officer is not friendly, very rude... The doctor is quite easy to talk to, but the front service is not really good.

First level health facility for medical help.

Just this once. Moved to BPJS 1 health facility so it's here for my child... for treatment for a minor illness but still told to pay. The doctor's service is friendly. The administration part may be less thorough, right?

Stingy wifi... Ask the employee for the wifi password, they say the wifi is only for employees.. Public service building but wifi is not open for visitors...

The administrative service is good, the doctors are also good. However, today I was examined by one of the male doctors whose service was not friendly and good in handling even though my previous experience was that the doctor was good. This was the first time I was examined by a male doctor but the service was less than satisfactory. Hopefully it will be improved in the future, thank you 🙏

The registration department is not friendly. In the digital era, cooking checks must use a BPJS card. If you don't have one, tell me to use an ID card. Tired of. 🤣🤣🤣 You can even check at the health center just using the APK, not mobile. There's no point if you've already registered on the application but are still asked for more cards. 🤭
