Omg the best choice i ever made ... i tried red light therapy and it was amazing. Because it was quite short and i really like the atmosphere there so i add 60 minutes massage and 30 minutes facial lymphatic drainage massage. The therapist was sooo good and all of the staff were very attentive . The best part after did all of that, you went to the top floor and drank ur hot ginger tea there. Really relaxing experince 💗 next time i wanna do another red light therapy when i visit bali 💖

Absolutely love this place! Me and my fiancé tried the sauna and ice bath experience, and it was great! The facilities were great and the service was even better. They have this great rooftop area where you can chill afterwards, and they even give this soothing tea after your session. Highly recommend for a good recovery session!

I did floating, infrared and ice bath. I did a lot of sport in Bali and had chronic back pain. I highly recommend it! Pain is almost gone and floating is so relaxing. The team there is simply great. Courteous. Respectful. always in a good mood and ready to fulfill special requests. I'll go there again when I'm back in Bali in a few months. It was definitely one of my daily highlights after the gym or after surfing and really boosted my recovery. Try it out!

Absolutely love the space! My husband did the floating and we both had couple massage. He loves the floating, had a quality deep sleep through most of it. The couple massage was also very good. The facilities are amazing and the staff are super friendly! Will go back again to try the floating for myself next time. Must try 👌🏻

Have been many times for their great open floatation rooms, and also ice bath sauna. But today tried the massages too, superb service… such a unique wellness destination, and the top floor zen lounge is the perfect post-treatment spot!

I love floating at Terapung! It’s the best float centre I’ve been to in Bali. The space is really relaxing and I love the calming minimalist decor. I also really enjoy the open float tank and all the thought given to making the experience from start to finish a completely rejuvenation. Also the cold plunge and sauna at the start of each session is perfect! I can highly recommend!

I surf almost everyday and as a result my shoulders, arms and back get worked very hard. So as a part of my regular recovery and maintenance I’ve become totally addicted to Terapungs sauna and ice baths. Terapung Spa has many amazing services including Sauna and Ice Bath, and I’m a regular user of their services. I have tried other spa’s but Terapung for me is the best for a few reasons as follows. 1. The Terapung Crews Service is exceptional. From the wonderful doorman to the amazing girls at reception and the brilliant staff working behind the scenes, everyone working at Terapung will ensure you are welcomed and looked after like you’re their number 1 client. 2. The Ice bath and Sauna is clean, quiet and intimate. It has room for a maximum of 4 people in a session, but I go just about daily and its rare that Im ever there with 2 other people, and most often its just me and I just love that I can get a bit of me time to relax and recover. The ice bath hovers around 8 degrees celsius but you can always buzz the crew from the room and they’ll happily throw a bag of ice in it if you want it colder. The Sauna can be as cool as 65 degrees C, or if you like it hot then close the vents and it will crank up to a sweltering 90 degrees C. I like my baths cold and my saunas hot so I really appreciate being able to manage the temperatures like that. 3. Infrared therapy is a great way to get some ultra healing infrared light safely onto your skin. I did a session with my wife as Terapung has 2 beds. They provide special sun glasses, and the light source height is adjustable to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed while soaking up the infrared goodness. Sessions go for 30 minutes and we both enjoyed it a lot. 4. I highly recommend the Float tank. The float rooms have a really cool ambiance that immediately make you feel relaxed and ready for the healing powers of the mineral water float. They provide ear plugs that you can keep, towels, private showers and bathroom in each float room, and the float room door can be locked for maximum privacy. I went fully naked and felt completely comfortable while floating. You simply lay back, and sink into the highly mineralised water and absorb the waters goodness through your skin and come out feeling incredible. It’s absolutely amazing, like literally floating on air. 5. The tea! When you finish your session, no matter what it is, the crew will organise a delicious tea infusion of ginger, cinnamon, and lemon grass. Its delicious and an awesome way to finish off your session. 6. The value. I get a monthly subscription for the cold and hot therapy which allows me to go everyday that Terapung is open in a month. Included in that is is a float session as well. They are closed Wednesday so basically for a month I can go approximately 26 times and really get excellent bang for my $$.

My wife and I embarked on the Couples Full Experience package at the Terapung floating center. The journey commenced with the intriguing red light treatment, where you disrobe, leaving shirts or t-shirts hanging in the room. Transitioning to the floating session, the well-designed room with a floating tub promised a high-level experience. However, the ambiance was shattered by banging and motorbike noise from outside, a significant letdown for an experience meant to be sensory deprivation. Compounding the disappointment, the promised darkness during the float wasn’t delivered, and we had to ring for assistance. Both my wife and I faced these issues, diminishing the expected tranquility of the floating session. Moving on, we indulged in a Balinese massage, were we encountered another hiccup when we discovered our clothes, that they told us to leave in previous room, stuffed in a basket within the massage room. To compound matters, my wife’s shoes were missing, prompting us to instruct the staff to investigate their whereabouts. This unexpected disruption led to a waiting period for the therapist to return, further detracting from the seamless and relaxing flow we anticipated. The massage itself was satisfactory to a certain extent. My therapist, though skilled, applied a bit too much pressure on my lower back nerves, prompting me to ask for a reduction in force multiple times. Post-massage, my wife continued with a facial lymphatic massage, thoroughly enjoying the experience. Our journey concluded on the top floor, sipping ginger tea and relaxing. The package gifts we selected were cool, providing a positive note to the overall experience. However, my rating stands at 3 stars primarily due to the subpar floating experience, the Balinese massage, and the unexpected disruptions during our visit. It’s somewhat disappointing that Bali, renowned for its spa experiences, fell short of expectations in this instance.

Very smiley and welcome staff when you enter. The spa seems to provide a lot of services. We went for the cold plunge & sauna. The water is cooled through refrigeration and ice. It definitely makes you feel refreshed, relaxed and takes away the drowsiness we usually get in the middle of the day. Afterwards they bring you amazing lemongrass-ginger tea that’s homemade. You get to relax in a beautiful, covered patio with a lots of plants cushions and a very cool tree in the middle. It’s the perfect way to finish off the cold plunge. We are very happy to have found this place.

Highly recommend visiting Terapung if you are able to - the staff were incredible, facilities stunning, and the float and Balinese massage were to die for🙏 The float was literally life changing, like a solo therapy session and so good for the soul. You pay a little more than the regular massages around Seminyak but it is SO worth it to experience the facility. Also had a Lymphatic Drainage Facial which left my skin looking incredible. Cannot speak higher about this venue - sending all my friends here when they come to Bali!

Had the best time! I was welcomed very nicely at reception, they gave me water and a towel, and explained the process. I did the ice bath + sauna. In the end I received some tea as well. Will come back

Thanking Anita and her crew for introducing and sharing this space with openness and true feelings. This was my first float experience and the feeling you get is out of this world. Unlike the other water capsules, one lies afloat this open floatation pool. In a state of darkness and soundless world for an hour felt like I was weightless in a never-ending space/cosmos in a union between my inner self and the divine consciousness. In this state, I felt hyper aware of all my thoughts and feelings while some memories start surfacing. This happened for about 15-20minutes before I drifted in and out of consciousness. Overall it was an interesting experience which I will go again even though half way I felt nauseous - I easily get motion sickness so totally wasn’t prepared! But as the nausea is wearing off I can feel waves of relaxation or euphoria (can’t tell) vibrating down my legs) No need for hesitation to try float here, you will be treated well and informed of the experience so you’d know what to expect. Super recommended!

The first float was explained in detail by kind & friendly staff 🥹❤️ You will be asked if you have high blood pressure or not, and this float is very helpful for those with high blood pressure, after the gym, tired from physical activity. They're highly recommended redlight before float. Clean place, kind staff, explained in detail, well served & you will get tea after the float. The tea you make yourself is really delicious❤️❤️❤️ Thank you staff ✨ Always be healthy🤍🤍🤍

Wow! I tried a float bath in this Spa and I want to say that it is simply something unreal. Something truly transformative. I think this is the best way to clear your head of negative thoughts and pain in joints and muscles. I came out of the float bath feeling so refreshed mentally and physically. I think this is a service that everyone should try!!! I also want to mention their incredibly relaxing Balinese and deep tissue massages. The masseuses are very attentive and professional. I also really liked the space itself - clean, quiet and comfortable to really enjoy the services. I also really liked their terrace where you can relax and drink ginger tea after treatments.✨ I can say one of the best spas in Bali with a very pleasant atmosphere!! Starting with the service of the girls at the reception who create a particularly cozy atmosphere and ending with their services. I was very very satisfied and happy, so I recommend it to everyone!!!😍🥰
