Unique 3 stars hotel. We had good memories here. Rooms are clean and decorated, space is not big but enough for staying several days. Many kinds of choices for breakfast, hotel employees are friendly and professional. Highly recommended !

Very comfortable🤍 a good place to stay and clean. The breakfast was good. The room was really hot at first then I called the room service to fix the AC and all good after that. The swimming pool area is really nice!⭐️🌟

Pros: - Staff was helpful & nice - Great ambiance - Many instagrammable spots - Many hawkers & daily needs stores near the hotel. The hotel's restaurant is also affordable & not too pricey - Bedding comfortable enough - Quite a distance from the crowd center, suitable for those who dislike the hustle Cons: - Towels are discolored - Minibar located in the corridor, the 2nd-floor water dispenser also runs out of water on my 1st-night stay

If you have issues with allergies to pillows or linens be sure to request one before check-in. They will happily assist you with the cleanest facility.

While the hotel itself is lovely, we experienced a distressing mishap. My wife stepped on a piece of glass and suffered a bleeding injury. Despite our requests, neither housekeeping nor the reception attended to the issue or offered an apology. We had to insist on a thorough cleaning to ensure the safety of our children. Beautiful establishment, but they need to be more attentive to guest safety and concerns.

I stayed at HA Sendang. The room is nice, and the onsen is great. Nice interior design. They have good breakfast as well. Location is good. However, i think the value for price for their standard room and their suite are not great. I It is a good room, but imo the price is a bit too much for Yogyakarta for the service that you get. I have checked the suite as well, and I really think the price is not worth it. If you decided to stay in Yats, might as well go to their more expensive room. I would recommend to stay in HA Sendang. Or the one w two floors if u stay with children. Ig : @ibu.rt

One of the best hotels in Yogyakarta. Super affordable. I really enjoyed the stay, the service was great, the breakfast was various and tasty, and the rooms were awesome (good lighting, cool ac, etc) i give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the small hotel size and verdant setting outside by the pool. Very nice chillin pool but no changing rooms, just one outdoor shower. Please change into swimsuit in your room and take some towels with you to take care of the drips when you get back. Ka/Ra rooms are not really family friendly. Sqm-wise is ideal for solo or couples, a bit cramp for a family of 3. Hate the bathroom. Not enough hooks to hang stuff. Shower head is secured to the wall, thus hard to maneuver when you're showering little kids. Room layout is okay but the biggest problem is practically no storage space and things become cluttery really fast. Love the location. Not very touristy but within 3km to interesting spots, i.e. Pasar Ngasem (where you can find tempting jajan pasar, a glass of soothing wedang, as well as fulfilling breakfast options after a morning stroll), the south side of Kraton, Taman Sari and a few toko oleh-oleh. Short to medium drive to other popular attractions, as well. Alfa and Superindo within walking distance. Plenty of street food options for impromptu meals or snack. Also, to the management: please consider switching to card keys altogether. It's bothersome to have to turn the locks when your hands are fully occupied with bags, a sleepy kid, and stuff. And once inside, you still need to put card key to activate electricity anyway. So why not ditch the old school keys and just use card keys all the way?

Definetely one of my favorite co-living hotel in Yogyakarta. Reminds me a bit of JW Naungan in Solo with the same concept. Staffs are helpful, room is clean, nice and bright, foods are good, and the pool is safe for kids. They gave me a cute souvenir: Yogyakarta city map. I like everything about this hotel!

9/10!! ❤ we stayed at NA room and HA room. The NA room is suitable if you have toddler. Unique style but so beautiful. Lot of place to take a picture. Service was good. Food so yum yum!

They are still worth a total of 4 ☆ cause I had no view in my room except wall. The wall itself isn't sound proof, so you can still listen to the sound behind your wall. The pool and the garden are beautiful, I love that they have a lot of trees and the garden is well maintained. The amenities are various. You get 2 kinds of towels for 2 persons. The breakfast menu is not so special, I think that they need to improve the menu. The staff are so friendly, I like them. Thank u for the hospitality. The location is not far from Tugu station, it's around 10-15 minutes by gojek.

Cutest hotel in Jogjakarta city center. Full facilities and every spot seems instagramable.

Thank you for the hospitality. My family had a great time while staying 4 nights in the hotel. Even though there’s no chiller in the room (not all room) but the staffs really helpful (because of my wife still breastfeeding). The food, ambience, and location making this hotel as a great option in Jogja. But sadly there’s no lift in the hotel.

I might be biased since i am eating now, but the breakfast is GOOODDDD. I mean, please don't expect all buffet all cuisine type like 5 star hotel, but i swear it's goooddd They have waffle, croissants, wheat bread, indonesian breakfast (rice, chili oil dory fish, fried chicken, etc) but everything is so goooodddd (present tense because I'm typing this while I'm tasting everything) Room is nice as well, the AC is so cold it's so cozy under the blanker. Perfect for sleeping. Also love the cute amenities, I'm Indonesian yet I'm learning many new words hahaha Location got 4 star just because there are no restaurants near the hotel, but then again the hotel food is good and they have food service until 10 PM

They are still worth a total of 4☆ cause there's no option to rate the food. It's well designed, I love that they have a lot of trees and the garden is well maintained. The amenities are various. You'll get 2 face towels, 2 body towels, 2 towels if you want to swim in the pool, a shower cap, a dental kit, a shaving kit, a hairbrush, and don't forget the basic soap and shampoo. An electric kettle, bottled drinking water (free refill from a fountain in the hallway), tea, sugar, and instant coffee. I stayed in HA dhuwur for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and well designed but there's a table corner that is really sharp and successfully scratches me. Be careful if you want to access the electronic kettle cause you might hit your head on the stairs. Idk what happened to the plumbing system but sometimes it creates a loud noise that shocked me. But really, they really have to improve the breakfast cause the dishes taste bland.

If I think about Jogja the first place that comes in my mind is Yats Colony. Third time visit Jogja and second time stay at Yats. It's always become a good place to go 'home' after strolling around the city and beaches. Nice ambience, great breakfast, amazing room and facilities also the good hospitality from all of the staff makes me want to stay there longer.

Nice place Unique concept, though Ka room looks smaller than other room, but still comfort. Nice swimming pool vibe and view. Because we're vegetarian, not so many option we can try for the breakfast. There are fresh fruit platters, mungbean, cereals, juices, and traditional beverage : jamu. I like their jamu.

The description of style over function. Great place to stay with your partner, but not for family.

LOVE IT!! Very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful room design. The amenities is nice. A little bit too small in receptionist/lobby place, I was confused when I first checked in lol. The breakfast is delicious too.

One of the hits in Jogja. A cozy place blended with nice decorations. More private rooms (with private pool) probably perfect this place.

This hotel has style. Our room (NA) has rear door that connects to the pool, so I think every room is connected to the pool. And the view was magnificent. Impossible to resist the urge to snap picture here and there. The greeting package is a nice touch, and the yellow slippers were cute. Love it. Their bathroom (or WC) is best of the best. They don't have a shower head, it's my only complaint for the bathroom. One thing to note is that their breakfast is very limited, not too many variations and the breakfast area is a bit tiny. Overall, we had an amazing STAY in YATS. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who don't mind the price.

Great accommodation in Yogyakarta, the room is cozy, artistic and spacious. It's just not enough drawer to put the clothes, so we have to put on the floor. The room not very sound proof, you can hear the neighbors when they talk. The breakfast is great.
