Very accommodating and they sell good quality computers, computer accessories, printers. I bought my asus laptop here personally and printer through WhatsApp and until now I haven't encounter any problems with the products I bought.

The lack of customer care and the urge to contact their customers. So I brought my Zephyrus M16 in for a warranty claim on October 10th 23. Estimation was 7 to 14 working days. Little over a week later, I ask them via whatsapp on how's the progress of my laptop, they said that the spare part just arrived and will confirm to me if it's done. 11 days goes by since I brought in my laptop and still no confirmation regarding on the repair. A friend of mine went to check on the progress and they said it was finished 4 days ago. Edit: (upped from 1 stars to 3 stars) They reached out to me to give an apology and an explanation about a misunderstanding caused by an internal server error.

Nice service and friendly, very good place' clean, and more coice notebook from every brand, and you can buy anything you want, you can buy and just see notebook netbook for you just study, just for work, just for gaming, btw in the second floor you can buy keyboard, mouse. People are so friendly here. They literally answered everything I asked and whatever I needed. The best part, you can literally sit down at every floor since they provide a lot of seats. It's very human and very ethical.
