There are even guardians whose attitudes are condescending, don't respect miss, belittle them, because they can't "stop" their child from crying. Even though it was just the first meeting. For me, I really believe in the Taman Bintang team and their therapists☺️ they are indeed the experts. A therapist who knows and understands the various characters of clients and their parents. When you're at home, it's better to listen to your children often, there's time to "study with Miss/Mr" if you go to Taman Bintang. Communicative and informative therapist, unfortunately that's the only positive thing I feel from Taman Bintang The front desk and finance department are not good. The first time you ask for information on the price and duration of therapy via WA, you are asked to book an assessment first. It really doesn't make sense to just ask the price and have to book an assessment first. Even though things like this can be resolved through information via WA. I think the question about the price of therapy is a natural one. After I protest, is it okay to just ask the price and have to assess it first? It was only after the protest that we were given information about the price, but it took a long time for them to reply. Turn to agree to the assessment and proceed to payment. The response was fast. The assessment was quite disappointing, it only took a short time and the results of the assessment said that my child's motor skills were equivalent to a 9 month old child, my child is 25 months old and can already run, climb, roll forward, etc. My wife and I happen to be doctors by profession, it really doesn't make sense how it is possible that a child who can already run is considered to have motor skills equivalent to a 9 month old child, where the milestone at the age of 9 months is crawling. Really disappointing. However, because we moved from Jakarta, and didn't have any information about other places in Semarang, we just followed suit The final straw is about payment. 2 days before the payment cut off, I asked the front office for a receipt, because I saw parents who were asking the front desk to think they had paid but the front desk said not yet. Seeing this incident, I asked for a payment receipt for my child, he said, the financial admin would WA later. I waited 2 days, there wasn't any, I reminded the admin again about the receipt because it was already the payment cut-off day. New to wa admin. The finance admin was also asked whether he could pay via QR, but he didn't reply. The funny thing is that after making the payment, the admin only replied and said thank you for making the payment. I paid for this on February 29, there is a screen shot of the WA + confirmation directly to the front desk. Suddenly, today March 12 at 10 pm I was sent to WA to pay. Even though I have confirmed directly AND confirmed WA. There was a reply saying thank you for paying, but you were still charged again 😂🤣 . No wonder I see there are parents who feel they have paid but the front desk hasn't yet. The front office and finances of Taman Bintang are really bad. The front office doesn't like to reply to WA, even though all they do is sit, laugh and chat. It's a shame that a good therapist is not matched by his admin admin

Miss who teaches is communicative, firm, patient, friendly... hopefully her service will be even better... the playground is good for children to play...
