Indonesia's main airport that located in Cengkareng (CGK) very accessible as we could reach this place by so many choices of transportation, by train, cars or motorcycle. You could park your vehicle in the lot available, and they also give a service for those that want to in-house your parking too. There are 3 terminals in this airport, depend on what the name of the aviation service that you choose, and also, either domestic or international flights. There are also plenty of restaurants in the airport, some accessories store and bookstore. The toilet also decent and the people who work in airport really helpful in case you need assistance with direction or things.

Terrible Terrible airport. Very badly organized, untrained staffs. We fly internationally and have connections domestic flights. We done our homework about our luggage and bought extra weight, yet when we were at check in counter the rules changed. The staff at the check in has gone away for almost an hour and just to come back and said 15 minutes till the gate is close! Personally I've never experienced when I finished all the check in process 15 minutes before the flight leaves!!! The airport is very crowed, the toilet is dirty and some of the airport staffs can't even give us directions!!!

Love the terminal 3 with the modernization style compared to other 2 terminals. Worthy of the title of "International Airport". Very spacious. Butttt....I think the car parking area has to be managed for the car circulation. It is in the building. The car that wants to park and the car who wants to exit the building had the same line. I need 40 minutes just to exit the building today!

I've been traveling through Jakarta's T3 since 2006, and over the past few years, this airport has transformed in a truly amazing way. Following a recent renovation, the airport is now beautifully constructed, with many new shops ranging from dining options to shopping outlets, all adorned with new decorations that showcase Indonesia's rich culture. The airport is quite user-friendly, with numerous information desks scattered throughout. Additionally, they have introduced new passport-less terminals, although currently, they are only operational for locals; however, they will soon be available for expats as well. There are two drawbacks to the airport: Firstly, the free WiFi can be quite unreliable, sometimes not working at all, so it's wise to have an alternative plan. Secondly, the duty-free stores are somewhat limited in terms of shopping variety.

Compared to other airports in South East Asia it's quite a nice airport. Its Terminal 3 is new and huge. However the immigration progress as of November 2022 has too many steps and lacks of instructions. No currency exchange booth in arrival hall. Not many goods are sold at duty free shops.

The international airport looks much better now! Very spacious and love the many restaurants options. Also it made me giggle when I saw one of the shops sell chilli sauce bottles for travelling. Love it! The only gripe is the parking area. It's very packed and driveway is narrow. Hopefully this will be improved soon.

This international airport has a very huge modern area. A nice place to transit because you could explore many things while waiting for your connecting flight. The only downside is, since this airport is quite big, you might need more time and energy to move between places.

I visited Terminal 2. It's layout is spacious, airy and friendly. A low rise building with F&B outlets spread all across non intrusive way. The check-in hall is big and spacious. Distance from drop off point to the check-in counter is very short. Immigration is fast. For inbound travelers with visa on arrival may take additional time.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport T3 is Indonesia’s most modern airport. The impressive 1.2 KM steel & glass structure was completed in 2016. Terminal 3’s apron is able to serve 40 aircraft at any one point and has the capacity to serve 25 million international passengers each year. Size wise, it’s 423K SQM, slightly larger than Singapore’s T3. The only issue the engineers failed to address is that the airport heats up considerably in the day and is very 🥵 hot. Overall still a good airport👍🏼

Departure terminal is great, spacious and well lit naturally, thanks to large glazings onlooking the runway. The departure hall is well maintained and clean. The immigration was swift and easy. One improvement required is on the signage’s especially for the stairs and lifts. So departure is easy and straightforward. The opposite is arrival hall, it’s long, not well lit, immigration is excruciatingly slow with just 5 counters trying to manage the foreigners. Arrival experience wasn’t great unlike the departure experience which was great. Seating in departure lounge is noteworthy, fantastic seating with different types for all travellers, sofa, reclined seats, normal seating with beside power sockets

Terminal 3 is clean, well lit and efficient compare to the other 2 terminals. Queue at the immigration was manageable when I was landed around noon time. Toilets are clean and managed very well. Coffee shops are abundant but some not in operation. Still it is a good terminal compare to the earlier terminals.

The new Jakarta airport with more complete and modern facilities. More organized, clean and practical. Especially with the international airport which provides many choices of restaurants, duty free shops, mini markets, even pharmacies and handicrafts shops with very diverse choices. Out of the airport, there are many transportation services. If you are new to this country, choose a blue bird taxi which is not far from the international arrival gate

This photi captured in lounge room before I get on the airport train! Such an amazing experience for me! It's okay if you don't have e-money. Because you have to order in that machine and paid with many methods, include QRIS! Very easy for new comer like me, and don't be shy if you're confused, there are people in information table will help you!

This Airport is one of the best in Indonesia. It is even better compared to the other terminal 1 and 2 Soekarno Hatta. The airport is built and designed in current modern standard, it is filled with facilities and food stalls that can satisfy passengers. However I feel that even the airport is overloaded with passengers (especially in check in hall). And also the airport is likely lacking in baggage automation system (we waited more than 1 hour after the plane landed to get our baggage)

Beautiful and clean and easy to move around in. Lots of help from the workers there lots of prayer rooms Masallah. Visa on arrival simple as paying and showing your passport. Immigration lineup a bit slow only due to people not having their visa on arrival but was politely served and through immigration in about 3 mins. Onwards to customs and as a simple scan of your pre filled out qor code and out of Customs in 15 seconds. Then the real fun begins. Leaving out front of airport you are stunned by how busy it is at 1 Am. Coming from Canada and -20 degree weather for the last few months you are struck By the sudden heat of Jakarta and the Smokey smell thet hangs in the air almost like the Smokey smell after or during a campfire in Canada. Be prepared for the sudden crush of hundreds of vehicles outside in the bustling city of Jakarta. Overall very friendly people that have a pride in themselves and their country. If this is your first introduction to Indonesia then you will benefit with an utter stunning realization of how amazing Indonesia and its people are. If your from the west you will definitely question how you eee yourself and the west in this country. It’s simple elegant and will leave you with powerful memories. Hands down worth ever second here.

Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta is modern airport, very hugest and accommodate for Domestic & International Flight. Restaurants, Cafe and accessories shop available, similar with Mall or Plaza. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Self Check in machine available outside and inside airport. Trolley available in the front of drop parking area.

I've been here quite often but my recent trip was last Sunday since my uncles were leaving for Saudi Arabia. The airport (Terminal 3) was packed with people going for umrah, including my uncles. The air conditioner and elevator didn't seem to work properly since the airport was very hot and we couldn't get to the ground floor. However, still a pleasant visit because there were still a variety of restaurants such as Mokka Kafe Kabana, Starbucks, Family Mart (available on Ground and 2nd Floor), A&W, GM, and more. Getting from one place to another is like an extreme sport because they're all so far away from each other but they do provide a lot of seats along the way. They also provide a lot of clean toilets and money changer.

There is always a welcome ambiance upon arrival here! It is very spacious and very well-organized. As of this time (pandemic) you need to have your Pedulilindungi app (health declaration app) as this the first thing you will do - scan qr code for check in. No worries if there will be an error when scanning, since you will be directed to a booth that will assist you, just bring your vax card for validation. The important thing is you have downloaded the app. Then you go to immigration. Then get your check in luggage. The customs declaration may be done electronically and there are a lot of qr codes for this, you have to fill this out as you need to show this upon exit.

The biggest airport in the country. The terminal 3 is the new one and has modern architecture. Equipped with sky train to hub between terminals. For airport train which link to the city you must go to the terminal 2.

First time experienced new procedure to validate our flight, we need to fill NIK and Flight Booking Code than take the photo. Go ahead through the Self Check In or Check In Counter to get your boarding pass and go to the second check and third check before you go to the boarding lounge. So far, all the facility and processes are nice. Would be great if there is more proper procedure socialization

Travelling with a 10 months old is much easier in CGK Terminal 3. Every gate has clean, well equipped (incl bottle steriliser) nursery room. There is a huge nursery room too at Gate 4. Nice kids zone and cute stroller. Much much better than Doha Airport . BRAVO Angkasa Pura!

Haven’t been to all the airport in the world by so far this is the most complete airport that I ever been. Why? Because have cafe, co-working space, charging station, resting station, gaming zone for kids, kid trolley, cute marking etc. (look at my pic) Even tho don’t have much luxury branded boutique like HK airport, but this airport offers travellers another type of experience- comfortable and convenient. As most of the travellers need to charge phone, laptop, or work while waiting, or take a nap in between flight. Thank you and well done 🙏🏻

Beautiful and good airport Accesibility to this airport is quite good with train services, some bus services, and taxi to downtown Jakarta. Terminal 3 is very huge and spacious. It has the modern airport vibes but still lacks of non fnb shops. Terminal 2 and 1 are currently under partial renovation. Some of the facilities is not at 100% performance in both terminal. Overall good.

A huge international airport whose facilities are very good and clean. This airport has many gates for domestic, so it's quite far to go the gate, for baggage queues and check-in is quite fast. The staff is also very nice and friendly.

Arrived at Terminal 1 two days ago and flew back to Palembang from Terminal 1 early in the morning. Surprisingly, it was so crowded. Waiting for boarding time is sometimes boring. Kill the time, play the game, enjoy it here. It's always exciting to be here, to start a journey and to come home preparing another one.

Can proudly say that it's the best and convenient airport in the country. Located half an hour away from heart of Jakarta by car (given normal traffic) or direct trainline. Also have 3 Terminals with a private line to transfer between them.

although there is several maintenance problems, yet T3 is still the best airport (in service, traffic, protocol, atmosphere, facility & cleanlines) on Soekarno Hatta Airport

In the pandemic of covid 19, the airport operates well. to passengers that are going to be flying from this airport at these times, it is recommended to go 4 hours earlier for a normal flight, the queue and security might take a while to get through
