I rent motorcycles in some places throughout Java and Bali, bur Autorent gives the best services, quick response, easy, and trustworthy. At first I thought that their service are too good to be true (they deliver the bike quite far away, the bike is in very good condition, and they are very friendly), but that's just how they are. Keep it up!

I frequently travelled to some cities in Indonesia, mostly rent a bike to commute within the city. Sahabat Autorent is one of the best bike rental I have ever known. I hired a matic bike to roam around Malang and Batu for 4 days. Bike working fine, customer service and admin were very responsive, the guy who deliver the bike was very helpful. Totally recommend this.

Ady (manager) was so helpful for our entire trip in Malang, going out of his way to organise scooters and a tour to Mount Bromo...even picking us up at midnight taking us to the meeting point! He was so lovely to deal with and spoke very good english...I wish we had more time to spend in Malang. We would recommend dealing with Sahabat Autorental anytime!

I have been renting motorbikes several time in different places but Sahabat Autor Rental is the best so far. They even gave me with such good gears for free such as two rain coats and masks for free. Will definitely rent bikes here again.

Honest review, Motorbike rental with the easiest conditions is no longer in Semang but throughout INDONESIA. Regarding the standard price, it is relatively cheap, if you rent for 4 days or more, the discount is quite big. As for the quality, it's also okay, you could say that even though there may be a few minuses, it's still BETTER than other rentals... good luck autorental friends in Malang. You really have to open branches in other cities

The admin is really friendly😭😭😭 even though he's a complicated guy, he's still friendly😭😭😭 the motorbike is comfortable and well looked after, you get a mask, raincoat, helmet, you can request it and what else you want to bring😭😭😭 no guarantee either, the conditions are easy, really really recommend it I can't find anything missing😭
