My trip to Nusa Penida was absolutely worth it and I’d highly recommend it to anyone, solo, with friends or with family. Jena and his team were absolutely incredible. From setting off in the morning to their determination to find the best spots and creatures for snorkelling and the amazing views of the island. I was a bit seasick but they were super helpful and made me feel so at ease and looked after me. Being a solo traveller, they were also amazing at making sure I got all the pics I wanted. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

Aldo and Ringo were amazing. The tour was incredible, once in a lifetime experience. We stopped at so many snorkelling spots and they even did an extra one on the way back to try and see a turtle (and we did!). The place we had lunch was absolutely stunning and I could’ve spent all day there. I preferred the snorkeling and lunch location more than the other spots just because the island was so incredibly hot and humid that it was almost unbearable but the guides made it better finding spots away from the tourists and taking nice photos.

We had a fantastic experience across the board. We were able to snorkel in 4-5 different locations and get great views of the islands and coastline. We saw several turtles and many different kinds of fish. We especially loved the lunch stop. It is a beautiful property on a cliff overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the break from swimming/ocean by the stunning infinity pool and lunch. Our crew was helpful, kind and fun. Thank you to our guide, Olog, for being a great photographer and making the day so fun!

I had the most extraordinary experience with the private boat tour I booked as a surprise birthday party for my husband. Everything was impeccably executed. The crew team was amazing, and they took care of every detail, from the champagne and fruits to the karaoke and snorkeling in the best spots around Nusa Penida. The highlight of the tour was the breathtaking lunch location. Our guide, Gee, was an absolute gem. He elevated our tour to sky-high levels. To say that I'm satisfied is an understatement. This experience exceeded all expectations and made for an unforgettable celebration. I highly recommend it!

Our guides Ketut and Ceco took such good care of us! They made sure we got the best photo ops to the point they even climbed a tree to take our picture. We have snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef, Maui, and Puerto Rico and this was the most diverse and vibrant snorkeling we’ve ever had! We didn’t see any manta rays, but we did get to see dolphins up close. The guides took great underwater photos and sent them to us for free. The lunch was in a very pretty location and was decent. The land tour was kind of long and bumpy, but the sites we went to were absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this excursion!

It is a MUST when visiting Bali! The snorkelling is fantastic especially seeing manta rays and the coastline spectacular. I have taken groups out with The Day Trip a few times now, & the team are very professional, with a great duty of care. You feel very safe. It’s truly a magical day out

The most amazing and incredible day!! This tour exceeded our expectations and was jam packed with so many fun activities! Not only were we lucky enough to snorkel with manta rays, but we also got to explore the coral reefs of Bali and its marine life including turtles. Lunch is also out of this world, with the restaurant situated in what feels like the middle of a postcard. But what makes the experience even more amazing is the guides, they are extremely professional and welcoming and by the end of the day you feel like you have made new friends! If you are thinking about booking it DO IT !!! I would definitely do this again and recommend to everyone!

We had the perfect private trip with our guides Vino and Tommy. As we had small children (age 5,7 and 9) the private tour is highly recommended. We could plan our trip accordingly to the wishes of our group. Both guides took also great care of the little ones. Unfortunately we did not see the manta’s, but the rest of the trip gives us a reason to come back again and use this company. All communication went smoothly, quick and very transparent. We would also recommend the photographer package as this is an added value to this wonderful experience.

Both Dani and Tita were extremely professional and knowledgeable on our private tour of 8 people. They were able to navigate through heavy human traffic (new years crowd) during peak holiday season and provide us with an amazing experience. I believe when it comes to a private tour, being able to adapt to the situation to provide the best experience is key, and they’ve done it exceptionally well. We were able to cover all the key parts of the tour with minimal compromises. Nusa Penida experience is 10/10 because of how they’ve approach it. Expectations were met and execution well delivered. For your sake, ask for these 2 people and they will have you sorted.

Had the most AMAZING day trip with tour guides Nemo and Vino!!! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and they really went above and beyond to give everyone the best day! We got to see and swim with a manta ray which was a highlight and had lunch at a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of the islands and surrounding waters! Would recommend this tour to everyone who wants to visit the island as it had a great combination of land and water based sightseeing. Thanks guys for the most fantastic day out on the water. Ajung and his team made the day so enjoyable, although we did not see any manta ray, we saw some green turtles and the variety of fish was so amazing. Amazing experience! booked a private charter day-trip to Nusa Penida and all arrangements were well planned out including transportation, boat transfers and snorkelign equipment. Had an amazing time as our guide, Ajung was very friendly, professional and gave me the confidence to get into the waters to snorkel despite myself not being a swimmer! Go with them for a fuss-free experience and not run the risk of getting flaked on!

We enjoyed everything from start to finish. They took us to different locations to snorkel as well as to explore the island as well. They took care of the beginners while letting those who are more familiar swim around. At the end of the tour, they shared the photos they took on their GoPro, which was amazing. Highly recommend the tour!

Every penny spend on this trip was worth it. Provided with an own private speed boat with snorkeling gear, lunch and beautiful views. Our tour guide david and the other instructor was so helpful and amazing.

We had a brilliant day! Ajung was the perfect host for our two families. Although a little rough on the way over to Nusa Penida (motion sick solutions were provided), we quickly recalibrated, and found a series of calmer snorkelling spots. The highlight of the day was the extraordinary drift snorkel along the reef, where we saw many many varieties of fish, corals, and even turtles. The lunch and land tour were also great. Altogether, a real day to remember. We wholeheartedly endorse our day and the attention to detail provided by Ajung and the team.

We booked a private boat tour to Nusa Penida and Vino was our guide for the day. He was amazing - very friendly, funny, impeccable customer service. Thank you Day Trip Bali Team! This trip was perfect! Everything was well organized and Vino and Budi did an amazing Job entertaining the entire group and showing us around. We saw the mantas, swam with a turtle for 15mins and went to all the amazing spots. Please consider, that the part on land is >4h and roads are bumpy.

A perfect day out that was planned impeccably. Tommy, our guide spoke great English and the other two hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We saw a manta ray, turtles and so much wildlife. Really great day would recommend!

Fantastic experience! Vino and Olog were brilliant guides and experienced. We were lucky enough to see Manta Rays and turtles while snorkelling which was amazing. The tour of the island was always well worth the visit with some stunning beaches to explore.

It was amazing! The guides are super friendly and well disposed all day,very kind and attentive to the needs of all people without exclusion. They provided pills for motion sickness! The snorkeling went super well, We were lucky enough to see manta turtles and lots of fish, so better impossible. Lunch was great at a restaurant with a beautiful view of the island and the spots we visited were all beautiful! It was an amazing experience, I recommend it to everyone!

A fully packed day trip from Bali that is 100% worth doing! I was a solo traveller in a group of 11 and had a super fun day! We sat Mantra Rays and Turtles, plenty of fish and monkeys on the island tour. Our guides Gee and Tim were amazing and made sure we got the best experience while also considering safety changing the order of the activities to maximize the chance to see everything. They even climbed trees and shuffling away other tourists to get take photos of us and sent us a google drive link with incredible underwater footage for us. Make sure you take some travel sickness pills as while we were lucky on the boat they said sometimes is very rocky but also for the land tour as the roads are very winding. An amazing day and a must do when in Bali!

Amazing snorkeling and land tour. Highlight of my trip to Bali. Small group tour. My guides O’Neill and Ringgo made the trip special. They make sure you are safe at all times and that you get to see the best of snorkeling and views. The reefs were alive and full of fish. Saw mantas, turtles, eels! This is a not to be missed trip. Worth every penny.

Our guide, Tita, was the best! One of our children was a very timid snorkeler - afraid of fish (but wanted to snorkel in the magical part of the ocean that had no fish and only sea turtles - I cannot explain her flawed kid logic). We thought she would end up not snorkeling most of the time. But when Tita found out she likes sea turtles, he actively swam out, found where they were, came back and got her with a floaty ring and brought her to them. She was so happy that by snorkeling spot three, after hours of snorkeling, she actually complained about getting out and instead wanted to stay in and see more fish with Tita! (we have snorkeled with her multiple other times and she has never had this same love of snorkeling - thank you Tita for helping her!!). We saw seven sea turtles that day and so many different type of fish - it was amazing! As for Nusa Penida - it was gorgeous! The second snorkel spot has crystal clear water with tons of fish, coral and seas turtles - the best location with the most coral we have ever snorkeled at. The third spot was drift snorkeling. I have never drift snorkeled and wow, it is amazing! The current just moves you along to see so much of the shoreline without you having to swim at all. We drifted almost a kilometer and there was so much to see. On island, we had a very skilled driver and a comfortable car with great air conditioning as well. And the view of Kelingking was breathtaking. The lunch spot was great with good food and a beautiful pool. Bring a credit card or some cash for the extra drinks at this spot - they were great! My kids had milkshakes that were so good that the adults actually ended up ordering some too. The boat crew had ice cold water and fruit for us between each spot. That watermelon was so great and really hit the spot after snorkeling! And the boat was big and clean. Really nothing to complain about, a fantastic trip that was the highlight of our whole vacation!
