I appreciate that the Punjab Grills (Fine Dine) restaurant is now OPEN in Phoenix Mall of Indore. The foodies who love the authenticity of food and to dine in a luxury ambience will definitely be in love with this restaurant. The Punjab Grills is always known for its authenticity of spice blends in an authentic way of cooking and serving with all luxury. The staff here is so courteous and polite. The service is remarkable. Food of course may be starters, kebabs, shorbas, main course everything is just lip-smacking. Kulche (special) and kebabs are super special. Strongly recommended.

Well the condition was perfect and yes it was a really good experience.but I think price was a little bit high. Well overall experience was great

On 03/12/2023 we reserved table via phone at around 3:00PM for 8:00PM; at 8:00PM when we arrived we discovered that our name was not in the list and we were informed to wait for another like 15 mins (gentlemen writing names assured us he’ll call us within 15 mins; bypassing the guest list). Now, at 10:30 I walked to the restaurant and another gentleman informed us the kitchen is closed. At 10:40 we rushed to the food court and I’m having my meal whiles writing the review. Unfortunately without the stars this review will it be posted hence giving 1 star each as we didn’t get chance to enjoy the hospitality of the Punjabi Grill; and I guess never be able to. Thank you for the impression.

Food is good but staff has no courtesy to serve the client. Hospitality zero When we said we r unhappy with your service...the manager immediately said OK and removed service charge from the bill and did not bother to ask us the reason of our dissatisfaction.... this was strange. Wonder they even bother about clients coming to their restaurant

We went for lunch on a weekday. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Food was decent. I was expecting something really nice and Amritsari like.... But sadly it wasn't like that... But it wasn't bad either. The portion size is small. Overall it was an ok experience. Won't like to visit again. Not just this specific restaurant. Punjab Grill in general.
