Dr Baser is experienced and a good Dr. But there is lot of mismanagement and communication gap between staff. Repeated sonography conducted costs 2000 Rs per sonography and discomfort of patient, for her own study and analysis or earning more money? We cross checked at other places and this amount of sonography is not conducted nor advisable by any Dr or clinic. Also staff trying to extort more money in the name of room charges etc when Dr already said no other charges in IVF package other than medicine and tests. It's really embarrassing to argue with staff about what Dr had told and they not accepting it. Old staff members kind of override the Dr and start thinking they own the hospital! Not very professional. Long waiting time to meet the Dr. Cleanliness of common toilets is pathetic condition, not expected this poor standard at reputed hospitals who treat patients. Need to improve on management and communication, clear instructions to staff. They seem to be always short of staff. Need to improve on quality of staff and nurses. All the best to the hospital for future improvement and progress.

My wife got admitted for her hysterectomy surgery at Akash hospital under observation of Dr.archana baser ma'am. Our experience at the hospital was total satisfactory. We got proper assistance from doctors,reception and care takers .all the staff is very polite. Overall great services from their behalf.

I had my hysterectomy done by Dr. Archana Baser Mam . The surgery went very well . Even the nursing staff was well trained and very well behaved . The canteen facility was also good . I can’t thank you enough for the special and excellent care everyone has provided . Once again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart !!

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Archana Baser ma'am since 25 years. She recently underwent surgery at Aakash hospital, Dr Baser is very humble, understanding of patients and well experienced. The staff is also very helpful and co-operative. The hospital is very tidy and well maintained. Even the canteen staff is very nice and serve good food. Would recommend 100%.

We were expecting a child for a long time, then we started the treatment from Baser madam ,and We got twins babies a boy and a girl now we are very happy , thanks to madam and Akash hospital 😊

For My wife we took all consultation visits and delivery at Akash hospital. Hospital is good ,management is also supportive , but little costly( I enquire about package but final payment was much higher ) . NICU charges and pharmacy charges are very high. Need to improve parking facility. Security staff asked us to keep your vehicle outside (inside parking only for doctor and it may get scratch to doctor car if you park your two wheeler inside the hospital ) who will be responsible for patient relative vehicles in no parking area. Dr Archana baser madam treatment is very good throughout the treatment time. Guidance was very helpful at each visits.
