I visited this place with my friend to have something sweet after dinner. The place was very clean and somewhat crowded. We got the receipt from the counter and we picked our order. They have a spacious sitting space in the basement. We enjoyed rabri and rasmalai. Both were fresh and tasty. The staff service at the place was good as well.

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The menu offered a wide range of delectable Indian sweets and savory dishes. I particularly enjoyed their paneer tikka and chole bhature, which were bursting with flavors. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. It was great experience dine in at om sweets. Best food item is chole bhature. Its sweet shop and dine in restaurant too. You can book this place for small parties or get together. This place is no need review. Name is enough for that. :) jokes apart no about its a very good place. In taste best, in hygiene very good. Price are definitely good in comparison of taste and quality. Parking problem is there for cars you have to park your car little far some times infront of it

Good place to buy sweets, snacks and enjoy Street food along with some range of South Indian, Chinese , and normal dishes. Good and well behaved staff. Servicing is very good.

What could've been more better than a pure snacky brunch for a wintery Sunday afternoon and following the same foodie vibes placed my order from Om Sweets this branch and as always it arrived in no time. Aloo Sabzi & Puri Combo tasted purely authentic while Samosa Choley Combo uplifted the entire brunch scene. Once again Om Sweets served the foodie happineds for which they are well known in the town.

The kachoris taste very good as well as the sweets. Only thing is the place. If they could provide some place to have food then it would be much better. Still can take away their food for a best experience. Sweets are above average.

Pathetic service even drinks like mojito, kulfi, salt lassi, noodles served after 30-45 min... Went with family for the first time really bad experience.

Because of being the jack of all trades, Om Sweets has come to a point where they are master of none. The only good part is that the food is not bad if not the best. The other problem is serving in unhygienic plastic plates which should be replaced with cardboard plates given on outlets like Haldiram's

This branch is well below the OM standards. The staff was not using gloves, this ka the first I saw in any OM outlet. Despite having no much crowd, they were letting the customers wait for more than 30 mins. Everyone around was complaining of this. Also, the food taste was poor. The only good thing was that finally they managed to serve us the food...Thanks ro God :-)

It's a famous Sweets shop in Gurugram which also has various Chat dishes in their menu. Their Kaju Katli is the best i've had till now. I haven't experienced this taste even in Mumbai.

Worst experience ever. Pathetic service staff. Irresponsible and ill mannered. I visited om sweets sector 46, on 20th august 2023, with my parents. Around 4 p.m. Restaurant was fully occupied in basement. Staff asked us to wait, we waited almost half hour to get the table, I asked the staff memeber to place the order in advance, they refused for it before obtaining the table they can't. Once we got the table vacant and sat down to dine. After ordering staff-Arun told me the food is finished. We travlled especially from Delhi to this place for chana bhatura. I insisted to place the order in advance once we get table they can serve us then, we dont mind if the food is not hot, we're okay with thay but this is the worst experience of mine with this restaurant. I will never recommend Om Sweets for their unprofessional behaviour and service. There is still no doubt upon their food quality, but service is pathetic.

I truly appreciate their efforts after we missed to pick up our paneer from the counter. When we arrived home, we immediately called them, and they were so generous that one guy from this branch of Om Sweets came to our house for paneer delivery by evening....I admire their compassion for each and every consumer.

Please don't order tea, worst taste ever, machine made tea. As a solution, they recommended adding sugar balls to enhance the taste. However, this alteration transformed the beverage into something akin to overly sweetened water.

Pathetic experience.worst staff. Completely driven by uneducated and illiterate staff.. Staff just sitting..but not taking taking/packing order. Staff is Misleading the customer with lame excuses/reason... No one is there for clarification. When complaining supervisor or manager who so ever he was doing the job by self but no listening the issue. Exploiting the brand value.. this particular branch is below OM standards.

I wished to give 5 star to this franchisee but the dine-in is not great experience. The sweets and bakery is 5-star with smooth purchases, options and packing though. Parking for dine-in can be time taking due to crowded market but you can easily find a spot in radius of 100 meters.

The food is good but it's busy on the weekend. Try to avoid it in the morning or evening. It's just a normal sweet shop with fancy packaging.

During festival time there is no any sync between billing counter and sweets counter. Very poor management. The sweet which I asked at billing counter after getting bill was not present at sweet counter and that also I got to know after waiting for 30 mins in line. Apart from that during normal days it is a very good place for sweets. All sweets there are authentic and great in taste.

Fast Service, and Very well maintained. There are various things you can buy like sweets, cookies, snacks, etc. The restaurant is also great. I ordered South Indian Dishes and they were pretty good. 1. The restaurant is underground, so you need to climb down the stairs to get to the restaurant. 2. The Buying Store is on Ground Floor, so you can just buy something quickly too.

Always a delight to visit Om sweets for its fine quality and awesome taste. It is one of the most popular chains of restaurants and sweets shop in gurgaon. The quality and taste is more or less consistent with any of the outlets. Service is usually fast. Some times there is waiting for restaurant especially on weekends.

Tried spring rolls of om sweets. Its Very very delicious. Must try. But i didn't like the packaging of chutney.

Very poor experience I am a very old customer of Om sweets but day by day their quality of service is going very down . They are taking very long time for small orders. I am sure that now a day they are very busy with zomato and swiggy and not giving their attention to those customers who are sitting in their restaurant with their friends and family. Same experience I felt in om sweets Good Earth Mall sector 50. Very disappointing 😞😕

Pros: Lot of options available Tasty items Decent pricing Cons: Staff is not so supportive, as they are having monopoly in the area, they won't respond to your queries and they won't accomodate your requests. Their behavior will be like, if you like take it, or else leave, we have many customers. That sort of behaviour will make them lose customers eventually. If they change that behaviour and become customer friendly, they are the best option around.

Really tasty food and good hygiene. The dry snack collection is not all that great but lot of variety in sweets.

Sector 46 is good place and this branch in this area. Every food of tasty in this branch. My favorite in eating on this branch North Indian food. Staff is also good in this branch.
