I love it here. And I'm very picky,especially about cleanliness. This place is not only Beautiful inside with upgrades,but very very clean. And there's free breakfast and it's so good. The parking lot is nice and easy to find parking close to the front. The entry is beautiful theres a laundry room and also very nice vending machines. The rooms are immaculate and quiet. I'll always stay here when in town.

Outstanding customer service, Byron was very helpful today. Got us situated quickly. He is very friendly and professional. I will continue to come to this Best Western. It is always clean and all the employees are nice.

This place actually had the most comfortable bed in a hotel I've ever encountered. The hotel staff was a little weird but over all it was a good experience.

Very nice place. Affordable but excellent quality and service. Will stay here again if need be. Safe and convenient. Restaurants like Marie Calendar's and El Toronto next to it and in and out over the bridge. Also huge Ikea near by.

Good location, specious rooms. This hotel is conveniently located right off the 10 freeway. You can even see it when you drive by. The parking is plenty in the back. The front entrance and lobby are not huge and fancy as others, but the rooms are spacious. The heater and air conditioner work very well, so you don't have to wait for a long time to be comfortable. The bathroom is clean and neat. It does have a very small coffee maker, maybe just for one person at a time. The small refrigerator is not cold inside, so your drinks may stay warm. Plus, there is no microwave. However, the bed is big and comfortable, with very clean beddings. The whole experience is good enough with typical American standards and it is reasonable for the price. When I travel abroad, I always try to stay in this hotel chain first.

I was accused of covering a smoke alarm and they kept my $100 cash deposit. Because they told me I smoked in the room, lol they told me I did. I DONT SMOKE AND NEITHER DOES MY GIRL. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO THE FRONT DESK Person A BALD Hispanic MALE, BUT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE, HE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF EVERYTIME I SPOKE JUST KEPT SAYING WELL YOU SMOKED IN THE ROOM AND THATS IT NO MONEY BACK. THATS BULL I DIDNT COVER ANYTHING IT HAD TO HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE ME AND I DIDNT NOTICE IT. IM Appalled BY THIS, IVE BEEN A BEST WESTERN REWARDS MEMBER FOR OVER 26 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE TILL NOW. HOPE HE HAD A GOOD Lunch WITH NY MONEY . THE ROOM DIDNT EVEN SMELL OF SMOKE SO BEWARE THEY DIDNT SET YOU UP LIKE THEY DID ME.:

This Best Western Plus, was terrific when it comes to location, close to lots of restaurants, shopping mall, excersize establishments, Freeway Travel/Street and so much more. The place is pretty clean, with lots of guests, not to mention, Free Breakfast every morning. Also, the staff here are courteous, benevolent, they maintain the place, very well. Its highly recommended. The only issue, I may have been concerned of, is the people walking around the Hotel at night... not something I enjoy seeing or even placing myself and loved ones around. But, if you keep to the indoors, at night, youll be fine. Im totally honest, about all my posts and places I've been, never sugar coating anything... but still, I will stay here again, and again... thanks Best Western, I realize you cant possibly cease any person from walking the property, but thank you for moving rapidly when addressed to your attention. Thanks again.

A convenient location off the freeway. The hotel's location was excellent with access to shopping and local restaurants in the area. The hotel's exterior and grounds were appealing and inviting. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and orderly. The breakfast had lots of choices and staff kept the items refreshed when they got low. We enjoyed a clean, cozy room. The room was cooled down prior to our checking in!! great detail. The workers are friendly . We were very impressed with the honest people that are employed there. In addition to a great stay, our family member stayed there too he left a money clip with money while rushing out. The hotel called him to tell him know . When the money was picked up all of it was accounted for .He was very happy and left a reward. We were very happy too. Thank you for our stay! and for being honest and returning our family members money!

After looking trough many hotels around the area this was our last choice. I seen reviews and wanted to try it for ourselves and to top it off price was very good. And wow, we were amazed how clean our room was. Kids loved it as well. The sheets, bed and pillows were clean and super comfortable. The bathroom and shower we’re very clean as well. I love how they had a small coffee machine and big mirrors and closet to hang your clothes. One thing we didn’t like the walls were very thin or idk but we can hear the other people next to us doing their business lol. They also had sit down breakfast with our stay but the worker was serving it for you. The breakfast was good but we were craving waffles but that’s ok food was good and the girl serving us was very nice. Thank you so much for keeping it clean and so comfortable! We will be coming back for sure to this hotel. We love clean and comfortable affordable hotel like this one. You get my 5 stars.

The BEST hotel we stayed at on our trip! We stayed at about 8 different brands of hotels, a different hotel every night. John was Great! The room was great. We took a taxi ( thank you, Charlie)to TGIF and an Uber back. This is the hotel we will return to on our next visit to West Covina, CA. The owner of this hotel knows how to run a hotel!! They take pride in their business!! The customer service is great and the employees were friendly !! In this day and age, Pride is one thing that has disappeared along with customer service and tradition. This is now our hotel when visiting the area!!!

We stayed for about 2 weeks. Everything was great. Good location. Only downside is there is no washer and dryer to use and the rooms do not have microwaves. They brought one to our room though when they seen us constantly microwaving things in the lobby. Overall, very good stay and nice management, staff, and owner. They are constantly cleaning!

Best hotel I been in a while .clean, friendly personal . the only thing is that we haven't gotten a statement and I was reading a review about them adding a charge for the room smell of cigarettes even though the people who stay in the room did not smoked.

Don't have any issues the rooms don't smell like cigarettes or musty. The rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were kind of comfortable.

We have stayed several times and always enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were nice and it is centrally located. Only one downside is that it is so close to Interstate 10 you get some road noise but it's not really bad. Definitely would stay there again especially if they consider giving discounts for repeat customers.

This is a very nice Best Western Hotel in West Covina right off the 60 freeway and Grand blvd. Very nice rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice and safe underground parking too...book a stay

Booked this room as a part of a Route 66 tour. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Covina is centrally located and within easy driving distance from the route, and this hotel was more affordable than most in the LA area while maintaining good customer ratings. Only complaint, and it comes with the convenient location, is the highway noise from I-10. White noise phone application helped with this.

Went to the banquet room, for a class. The woman at the desk was very rude. And accused lots of stealing from the vending machines. She even made it a point to come in the room and state. That people need to pay. Let me just say No One stole anything. We All Paid. I will Never return.

Nice hotel to stay I have had no issues all the timed I've gone. The employees are always nice and helpful and the hotel is kept clean. The rooms are nice but beginning to show their age. The beds are comfortable tho. About half of the pictures posted here aren't from this hotel. The pictures with the more modern rooms are not from this hotel.

The reason I give this hotel such a low rating is because when my family and I got to our rooms they were ok. But the one thing that really bothered me is that there was a cockroach in the bathroom. All the other hotels were already booked so we couldn’t book another hotel and we had to stay here. Other then that the staff was nice.

The front lady was ok when checking in but the room was VERY bad. The AC was so loud that it was unbearable to sleep from its noise, sounded like a broken washing machine. The fridge is located literally so close to the bed that its door only opens about 20%, couldnt even store my box of food in there. The bed is VERY flat and hard!! not to mention so squeeky!!! the noises from the bed +ac kept me up all night. 1 star

I stay here each week as I travel to town for work. The employees are friendly, the breakfast is spot on and the rooms are alway clean. Traveling alone, I always feel safe when I stay.

The room I had was nice. It was the wet at room with fridge and microwave. I loved the bed, it was nice and comfy. I loved the set up as well with the chair and desk. The tub was clean too. I loved my location easy to get to. I loved the breakfast in the morning as well. But they could’ve used some variety. I stayed 5 nights so after the 3rd day of waffles I was over it.

Be aware of the staff and owner if you are black and enjoy smelling good they will steal your deposit then say you covered the smoke smell in the room with your perfume very unprofessional and this was the owner even when your not smoker they will tell you. YES YOU DO when you advise them you don't they refuse to listen

I had a room on the 4th floor. I booked to sleep well on site before my son's race (running). The noise of the freeway was abysmal, all night long, relentless. We both could not sleep, my son tried with noise canceling earbuds, I tried with pillows. I regret I did not think of bringing earplugs. I think at the counter they should provide you with earplugs by default. I will never book this hotel again. PS: also the room was really hot. It did have a 1970's air conditioning you could turn on, but I did not immediately find it because it was below the window.

A fair amount of freeway noise throughout the day and night. Room was large, bed comfortable, kitchenette helped us save on food costs just make sure to bring plates, utensils, cooking and cleaning you need, as none are provided.

Very convenient location right off the freeway. Nearby shopping and gas stations and restaurants as well. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. One of the best I've had in a while.

The hotel is clean and comfortable little bit old amazing area shopping stores all around. Very good full breakfast nice and helpful staff, calm and quiet. Recommended

I came here with my dad very last minute and they had a nice, clean room ready for us. It was a little less expensive than the Holiday Inn next door, but just as good of rooms. The breakfast in the morning was also great!
