Hotel was clean. But be aware, they scam you out of $50 cash. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is a deposit and it has to be cash. When I got the cash and checked in with the manager, she said it would be refunded after the room is checked. Everything was good and I realized I never got debited to my card. When I called she tried dodging my calls for days. She said nothing she could do and she wouldn’t give me my money unless I traveled all the way to California to get it. Yeah, authorities will be called very soon. Staff acts very spacey too.

Stay away !! The hotel is in a great location (gas station, bus station, restaurants and shops nearby) and the staff are friendly and respectful. But the rooms and management are bad. The first night I had a red stain on the bathroom floor near the toilet bowl. Could've been blood or I hope it was nail polish. There was a bizarre stain on the blanket. And when I requested for a change, the staff told me that all rooms are booked and I can get a different blanket the next day. The shower room had graffiti on it. There was no hair dryer anywhere. I stayed for 3 nights, wasn't offered any towel change. The worst ever motel experience !

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the pool was nice and everything seemed to be going well until it became nighttime and roaches were surrounding my toilet….We couldn’t change our room because there was no other rooms available and it probably wouldn’t have resolved the problem….

Worse service ever!!!! I called before come to the hotel and get a total different information, the phone number listed below does not work … the person in the reception was very rude with a very bad attitude … I REALLY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS A COSTUMER AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

The location of this place wasn't nice at all I wasn't aware. I had a room on the lower floor, person above was running up and down the stairs all night till 3am. Also there was a roach in the room. It smelled like some sort of chemical made my throat itchy.

Inexpensive compared the other motels we stayed in this trip. Not impressive. They treat you like a criminal checking. License plate picture and ID for all guests. Would not recommend

Bad customer service, I called the front desk to ask why I was charged a room fee. I paid for the room of 94 dollars plus a miscellaneous fee of 30.00 plus city tax of 9.50 and some other small taxes. I was told by front desk to call customer service. I call customer service and they couldn't give me a answer saying they have no idea what the room fee was for, that I had to speak to the manager. So a couple of days later I finally get to speak to the manager and was told that I was banned by the owner from staying there. I ask why and manager says because I went over there head and called customer service to complain. So I asked can you at least tell me what all these charges are for, and after a long pause she says the room fee is a tax for renting the room . Shady shady shady but they have to make there money somehow , the parking lot is practically empty and all it is a bunch of cholos, and druggies staying there. Also they will charge early check in to some but not to others. The lady that checked me in had an attitude . As I was checking out guy in front of me was checking in and she didn't mention anything to him about an early check in fee.

Clean rooms! The staff is great. Always a helpful friendly staff especially sofia, crystal and Lucero! Best motel 6 around!

Got to check in at 7:00 am . Love it. Clean and parking was available and close to room. Hot water work so good. And the bed was very comfortable.

They let us check in an hour early, room was nice and clean AC worked like a charm. Area nice and quite, it was a peaceful little get away for the day

Very well maintained ground maintenance wise and rooms are cool. Loved the pet policy. Felt nothing but respect here and will definitely be booking again in future tense.

So what can I say about motel 6 it's horrible they charge you for everything they have so many strict rules and the place is garbage. I've stayed in multiple hotels due to my work and this has been by far one of the places that is so uncomfortable small rooms and small beds... I've never heard of changing sheets every Tuesday and Thursday of the week only that's insane...lack of towels no microwave and they want to charge $125 per night ridiculous

The rooms are very small and so is the stand up shower. They had no microwave . Over all it was a quite good night

Rooms are quiet very clean beds a bit used .. too much deodorant . In room took long time to air out.. ....

I stayed here 2 nights and the staff was nice. Sadly when I asked for more pillows they said they didn’t have anymore due to there inventory. The room was decent, the mattress wasn’t, I slept okay tho my back was hurting and I couldn’t sleep right. It was noisy for a bit due to sirens but overall it was nice to stay here. I will stay again. Plus there a chevron next door easy to walk to buy snacks and drinks. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

I can't speak for anyone else but room 218 was perfect for the 2 days I was there with 3 exceptions. The shower, the service and the night time activities due to the homeless. The water only had 2 temperatures. burning and hot! And they are very bad with Reservations. As far as bugs I didn't see not a one. The sheets were clean the floor was moped. The shower floor could have been better cleaned but I shower with shoes on anyway also it could have been stained. Walls are very thin so if you have kids maybe sleep with the TV on. I woke up at 3am to loud moaning next door. No smoking in any of the rooms and the only microwave is downstairs in the vending machine area but the trash can so it smells pretty bad over there but over all I'd say clean bed clean room my advise earplugs and shower shoes lol

Room had roaches on bathroom walls and floors. Front office girls real nice but they need to spray for bugs. Shower had no water pressure

Reserved 2 rooms 1 week ahead of time Motel 6 Decided to Cancel 1 room just because they messed up stayed in 1 bed 3 ppl floor was not cleaned had to buy a inflatable mattress and make it fit. Not recommended

If could give this place no stars I would, rooms are so beat up no microwave in room and I could imagine why now there was roaches in room. I felt like the staff wanted to extra charge for things that were not in website reservation. This place really needs to be addressed.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They cancle my reservation because i complained that my room wasnt ready when it was time to check in at 3:08 . the overweight female in the front cancled it ..I believe her name was Karen in the front . Since your privertly owned corporation couldn't do anything just told us to give bad reviews. DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE THEY CAN CANCLE YOUR RESERVATIONS/ BOOKING WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE . THIS MOTEL 6 HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT AINT EVEN NICE TO BE TREATED THIS BAD

The staff was friendly and the area was well maintained and was quiet. The room was clean free og bugs but smelled of mildew. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the locking mechanism engaged not allowing me to close luckly only one hour before we were gonna leave. Room number 121

Christina the manager was caught in the white truck of the guy 162 room 162 right next to laundry the guy who sells glass.he has a lil dog and kids and his wife won't like it

I stayed here 3-4 times now and use to like the price and cleanliness. Now they charge extra for everything.. More than 1 guest? Charge. 30 minutes late checkout? Charge. That’s not to mention they charged me twice for my stay so I had that much money less for my time in LA while it refunded. Thankfully the front people are nice and helpful and our rooms have always been clean. Now it’s a 50/50 on whether we’ll stay here again. Update: we’ve stayed here many more times and have been happy with the stay every time since.

The was dirty.. smelled like moisture We went there cuz it was an emergency where we live the power went out due to wires caught fire 🔥 the last time we were there it was very clear & smelled clean!! But we do Thank you for being there for us..

My stay here was excellent, this place has come along way. With the El Monte PD next, local pizza parlor close by. You can’t help but pretty good during your stay

Staff are cool, but every policy in this place is anti consumer. They don't have any change machine anywhere, and everything requires change. They close the laundry room at 7. So you either have to lose a day to do laundry or just go without. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The place asked for a $50 cash deposit aside going rate, made me sign a waiver stating no guests allowed after 8pm, room smelled like cigarettes and mini fridge leaked water on floor. Stay at any place but this one, if you can!

We checked in last night late last night to get some rest we were not able to rest because pounding and drooling on the walls early at 7:00 a.m. in the morning hotel front desk didn't seem to care so there are signs posted everywhere so oh well would never stay at this hotel again would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel again front desk is rude unconcerned didn't stop the construction we got no rest here whatsoever refuse to give me general manager information or anything complimentary at all their customer service is not here at all no customer service here no good customer service at all do not stay at this hotel you will not get any kind of rest at all and they don't seem to care only not worth the money not at all overpriced bad service they're going to take you for every dollar it's a rip-off now to put the icing on the cake 🎂 the front desk has notified Police department to have us removed from the room well on the phone number well on the phone with corporate horrible horrible place to be

Good service at check in window, made it easy to get a room, also the accomodations were decent.

We found a good deal and we got this place. Dont expect a fancy place. Its just a place to sleep. Our room was pretty clean.
