I got my hair done on Wednesday and I met her through a Latina fest in dtla raffle. She is AMAZING and I loved every second of my experience! I have never gotten my hair done and dyed and she made me feel super comfortable! She is an expert and truly a talented person. I trusted her expertise and she explained every step and gave me feedback based on what was realistic and she worked her magic. I asked for a nice fall red balayage and I’m sooo happy with how the color came out despite me having A LOT of virgin hair! I am very happy with my hair and I will definitely go back and highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues. She's also going to Europe to get more training so she's always getting too notch experience! She's an awesome person:) Also love the decor and great energy from the salon. I get a lot of compliments already!

Alejandra is absolutely amazing! She’s very professional, so fun to be around and extremely skilled!! She’s very precise and makes sure she’s taking the best care of your hair. I went in for a haircut and color and absolutely loved it! She did such a fantastic job explaining every step of the process and helped me understand what will work best for my hair! One month later and I’m still obsessed with my hair! She’s incredible!

She managed to get me in last minute and took the time to understand what I wanted and make the right suggestions. She did an amazing job and I received so many compliments about my hair color. Her haircuts really last because when they grow out they do so beautifully. I enjoy her personally as well and love spending my time in the salon. I have been going exclusively to Ale for about the past 2 years because of how satisfied I have been with how my hair has come out. As a guy with what would be considered semi-long hair, it can be really difficult to find someone to trust with your hair and it’s style. Since I’ve been to Ale, I haven’t gone to anyone else. She’s incredibly skilled and makes sure you know what she is doing to your hair and will also ask questions or confirm what you want through out the process to make sure you are getting what you want and that you will be satisfied. I always feel very comfortable in her salon and when I do go, it’s always a pleasure. She’s cheerful, bright, and really kind. The interior is also comfortable, very well maintained, and clean. I would absolutely recommend trying Ale’s services if you have not already.

Ale always gets me in her schedule in a timely manner. I have a hard time sitting still and she gets me in and out as quickly as possible. I always leave happy with a fresh new cut at color. Super happy with the experience.

Ale is super easy to schedule with and quick to respond! She also sends reminders when your appointment is coming up, which I love! Her advice on how to cut my hair has made my fine hair look thicker and healthier! And I love the hair products that she recommends. Nothing but great things to say! I have been using only Ale for the past three years and plan on many more years to come!

Brought my daughter to cut bangs for the first time. She was a bit nervous but Ale did a great job of helping her through the process and had great ideas for how to cut it. Two days later and my daughter is still full of energy from the experience. We are definitely going back!
