👍👍 I came to this post office to get my kids passports. We came stood in line at 12:30 Mike was so nice. He helped us take pictures , gave my son a coloring book. And this other lady I forgot her name but she was so sweet. She allowed my son to use the bathroom, helped me out with filling out the form... People often mention office, post,

I came to this post office to get my kids passports. We came stood in line at 12:30 Mike was so nice. He helped us take pictures , gave my son a coloring book. And this other lady I forgot her name but she was so sweet. She allowed my son to use the bathroom, helped me out with filling out the form correctly. Over all the experience here was 5 star. I would recommend coming early if you have restriction with time. Bring snacks and relax. They are doing their job so come with some patience. I would highly recommend this place.

Siri was amazing! I was in a rush to get my passport turned in to be processed and she made that happen without an appointment. Siri did ask if I had an appointment but I told her that I have everything ready and allowed me to get it done! The customer service was amazing! My recommendation is to come on a morning when no one is here and have everything ready (includes passport photos done, documents, and the form already filled out to get your passport; took me 10 minutes). 100% recommended going here rather than Murrieta’s postal office to get passports done.

They stole $10 from me when I paid to have a letter shipped in 3 days. I sent it out on October 24th to Dallas, Texas. As of this review, the tracking number says it's still in California!

The clerk refused to sell me a single postage stamp. He insisted that they only sell stamps by the book. So it ended up costing me $12 to mail a single piece of mail. Also, he was not friendly at all and rather rude.

These are the nicest people on earth, but they are terrible as a post office. Out of all the post offices I've been associated with over the years, this is by far the worst. My packages are often times days (sometimes weeks) late for delivery, and in some cases lost entirely. When I ask them about my lost or late packages, they give a few canned responses. Such as; "that's not our tracking number", "we deliver the packages the day after they arrive" and "when we receive it we will deliver it" These excuses are just filler words to cover their poor performance. They've lost or misplaced your package and they need some time to go find it. Recently, I asked about a package that was 2 weeks late. They said they didn't have it. When I pressed them harder about it, showing them the delivery receipt, and insisting that they have the package, the clerk reluctantly went to the back and RETRIEVED MY PACKAGE!!! It's crazy how that man looked me in the face and straight lied. The package was there, he was either too lazy or unskilled to go locate a package. I can not recommend this post office to anyone who wants their mail within 24 hours of delivery. This post office has lost my trust and they only handle my letters of mail. I have most of my packages delivered to a friend’s house. I would recommend a different Post office if you can, if not then just don’t let these people near your packages.

The post office is fine but the driveway is a disaster. It’s narrow and steep with a big bump coming in and out. Not ideal for passenger cars.

Ive gone here for years and always recieved excellent service. There are so many wonderful and friendly clerks. I went to Lake Elsinore USPS once because I was backed for time, and they denied all my work. Never stepping foot there again; Wildomar everytime.

I was told there wasn’t enough time for my items to be shipped since they weren’t boxed and addressed prior to my arrival. I was there at 4:55p as I didn’t end my day until 430p at work to make sure I arrived before 5p. Didn’t get the nice gentleman that declined to help me name but I will take my business else where.
