White Dragon became my home. I started when I was a teenager, and it became a safe place for me to go every night. They want to teach everyone how to defend themselves, become a better person and to challenge you. Who I am today is due in large to the instructors, fellow students and Sifu Smith. I worked to mentally and physically strengthen myself, and found that I can now look people in the face, talk to anyone and be confident in my surroundings. I have consistent awareness of what’s going on around me and know I am confident to defend myself in any situation. They teach traditional martial arts to anyone willing, and it will change your life like it did mine. If you’re a female looking for confidence, or to defend yourself, or a work out place that doesn’t judge, then check out White Dragon.

The best experience I’ve had at a martial arts school!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and super positive. The private lessons are great, I have moved up in belts super fast because of the one on one I get from my personal instructor. I love that is really close to my home and the freeway. I would give them more than 5 stars if I was able.

For almost ten years, I have been a student at White Dragon and I don’t regret it. The school is simply outstanding, with an incredible variety of classes designed to meet your needs (separate classes for kids and adults, multiple combative classes, sash classes to help you accelerate through the levels, along with Tai Chi classes). The instructors are great and are always willing to help you out. The whole school is like a family with everyone striving to master the art. If you want to learn self-defense and want to learn it in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment, White Dragon is the place.

White Dragon Martial became a large portion of my life. It helped reinforced me physically and mentally. Learning Kung Fung, Kickboxing and grappling here improved on my knowledge and confidence to be able to defend myself. The instructors are kind and tough. The would push us students to exceed our goals and meeting other students to build off of here was a joy. White Dragon Martial Arts helped mold me into the person I am today. Even after Four years later, Sifu Smith, The Chief Instructor, taught me many lessons and to this day, is still a part of my Core Values. Friendly, good-humored and professional instructors! There is a sense of community among the students. We moved from the area and love this school so much, we drop in to classes whenever we visit. You will be pushed to work hard and learn in s supportive and fun atmosphere.❤️

I wanted my kids to develop self confidence and learn to defend themselves. White Dragon has done that for my kids and more! The instructors are patient and caring. There’s so much to learn since Choy Li Fut is a complete martial arts system. My kids learn self defense techniques, hand and weapon forms, and they learn to spar and grapple. It’s all encompassing which I love. I’m very happy with this school because my kids are never bored, they’re developing life skills and staying fit.
