Selina was just amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable fast and efficient. Her friendly caring demeanor made this a memorable experience. She answered all our questions and ensured we understood in detail what was being done. Their office has cutting edge technology and their state of the art facilities are second to none. An overall five star experience, from ample parking, welcoming front desk, inviting views, this office is without question the top dental facility in Santa Barbara.

Dr. Kendall is an excellent dentist. She’s straight forward and always makes me laugh. She lets you know exactly what she’s doing each step of the way, which calms me down. She’s helped me navigate some difficult dental situations the past couple of years. I drive an hour to go to this dentist, because they’re that good!

Friendly staff, fabulous hygienists, beautiful facility and amazing dentists. Not much more you can ask for! Sad to see Dr. Sharon go. He was so good. I think he headed out to start his own practice. So I'm having to choose a new one. I decided to stay with this office because they accept my guardian dental insurance. It's really hard to find a dentist in town to take a non-large group private dental plan.

Kelly Kendal DDS was wonderful with my 92 year old frightened mother! She patiently explained every step, made her feel very comfortable while providing conscientious, high-quality professional care. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rohde came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! Lovely man. I have had the same dentist for 25+ years and he left town. I think I will be very happy at Dr. Rohde’s office and the hygienist Terry was the best! Five stars for sure!

Hygienist was lovely as was the front desk staff. The space is very nice and inviting as well. However, I ended up with an unexpected bill for full mouth x-rays. When I called my dental insurance, they said this is only covered once every 5 years and I had had this done already within that timeframe. I myself am a healthcare provider and understand from the other side how challenging insurance can be, but am blown away that the office told me that I should have been aware of this even though they didn't ask for dentists' notes from the last 5 years, only from the most recent provider I had seen. I felt like I was provided an unnecessary service and then asked to pay for it. Even so, what prompted me to leave a review was that when I brought this up to billing the staff they were incredibly rude, short, and not understanding, placing all blame on me with a very defensive attitude. I understand it's not an easy job dealing with people frustrated by the insurance system, but do not see any excuse for that sort of behavior. Will not be returning and would not recommend purely based off of this interaction alone.

I've had a great experience every time. Aja, my dental hygienist, is the person I see the most, and she is warm, competent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Hot tip: be prepared to book well in advance, because this place is popular.

I had the absolute best experience at this office! Dr. Bhatia was such an incredible dentist. She was calm, caring, attentive, personable, thorough and so kind. The assistants were great and worked very well together, and the entire appointment was seamless from start to finish. I left feeling like my teeth were expertly cleaned and everything was explained. Would definitely reccomend coming here.
