Sandra was so kind and gentle. This was my first time getting a wax in many years, but her longtime experience and sweet demeanor made my appointment great. Can’t recommend her enough!

Taya was amazing and thorough, I’m so glad I switched over from the Burbank location. The associate up front was super sweet too, I didn’t catch her name, but she had short pink hair. Such a great experience here from beginning to end.

Sandra at the Santa Monica location is the best wax specialist I’ve ever had! I LOATHE Brazilian waxes and typically never get through the entire thing… I usually get so much anxiety from the pain that I stop the technician after doing the bikini… Once they start moving towards those 👄, I’m done lol! I gave Sandra the heads up, and she assured me she’d get me through the entire thing, and let me tell you… I was pleasantly surprised! Did it still hurt? Absolutely! lol! BUT, did it hurt less than usual and did she make it through the entire Brazilian?! SHE SURE DID!! She is a magician! lol! She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, was super nurturing and was able to handle my nerves, my jumpiness, my sound effects, and all 😂😂 I can never see another wax technician ever again!! Sandra is amazing!!! Honestly all of them who work there are (I’ve tried everyone) but she’ll spend extra time literally getting every hair. I’ve never experienced someone so perfect, meticulous, and pleasant to be around. She has great tips for ingrown hairs too. But yeah cannot express enough how great she is - she’ll do extra strips just to get a few hairs. My hairs are blonde so really easy to miss for a lot of waxers but she’ll get them all every time. 10/10
