I have been frequenting this store since I moved back to SM 4 years ago. During that time I have had help from several associates. There are 3 female employees who always help us. Vanessa is a great asset to this company. She always greets not only us, but all guests with a very cordial smile and hello. She is friendly, helpful, courteous and beyond accommodating and above all patient. It would be great if all companies had an employee that treated you like Vanessa treats her guests/ clients/ customers. Her customer service extends beyond exemplary. Vanessa keep up the GREAT JOB!! 🙌🏽👊🏽👍🏽💪🏽 Now ask them for a raise!!! 😂

I went in to fix an error with my account, and buy a new iPhone 15 pro. I was greeted by Genesis Pantoja. She was absolutely amazing was there for about an hour and she fixed everything and ordered my new phone! She was very helpful and professional.. she needs a raise!!

Genesis was a great help in setting up a new line for my wife on my account. She also spent over an hour answering my questions and assisting me in upgrading my iPhone. I’m very happy with the service I received here today.

We had an AMAZING experience with Genesis P. In the Santa Maria location. She was knowledgeable, patient, asked the right questions. Came in today to get help with my sister's sim card and Lee not only took us last minute, but helped us with her sim card! He is a delight and is a people's person. Very helpful! Attentive and overall a great person! One of the first times where our visit to ATT has been great! Thank you Lee!
