Leslie was so sweet and kind and she always made sure I was okay with every step before proceeding. She is so knowledgeable and told me exactly what I can and cannot do for the next 24 hours with in-depth instructions. She was also very talkative with me and made the experience anything but awkward. An amazing employee and person, thank you!!

I had a very good experience at this place. It’s very clean, the staff is very nice, and they all know what they are doing. They are true professionals. As far as Michelle she is the best of the best. She is super nice, caring, and really good at what she does. Every time I leave this place I feel like a new man. I would totally recommend booking all your appointments with Michelle because she is one of a kind.

Carolina is a ‘technician wax expert’ (title she deserves) at European Wax Center in Burbank, CA. I was to have the eyebrow tint and lip/ chin wax services. I am 80 years old and my brows are thin with a lot of white hairs. Carolina was upfront and honest with me and suggested that I should reconsider tinting my eyebrows. Reason - the color would not be noticeable and my skin would be tinted. She suggested that I just use a pencil to color my eyebrows. It was totally my decision. I agreed and Caroline did a fantastic job of waxing (to shape) and 2 pencil shades (to color) my eyebrows. Kudos to her.

Evette is the greatest! Met her a few years ago and it’s been delightful. Such a sweet person! She’s my GO TO! She makes my waxing experience painless.. it’s such a breeze❤️

I love going to European Wax Center. Everyone is always so professional and are great at keeping me up to date on my upcoming appointments. Leslie is always fast and efficient which I can super appreciate. We chat throughout the appointment and it almost makes the pain of having hair ripped from my body pleasant…almost haha. Happy to leave a review because the service is great and Leslie is awesome.

I have been coming to EWC for years. Leslie is the best! She always takes great care of me and provides the most thorough and professional care. I just signed up for another wax pass. They are a great value. The only thing I’m a little bummed about is the getting rid of the old rewards program.

Alex was amazing! She makes you feel confident right away and after not coming for a while I was a little scared and she heard me and made me feel at ease! She is now my go to girl!
