👍👍 Maryvale was my home for many years, the 50's thru 1970. I am forever grateful to many Sisters and staff that gave their all to help make Maryvale our home. They had a lot to handle and they did ! Can't imagine what life would have been like without Maryvale, living on the streets. I'll never forget... People often mention staff, home, group, Maryvale, room, love,

Maryvale was my home for many years, the 50's thru 1970. I am forever grateful to many Sisters and staff that gave their all to help make Maryvale our home. They had a lot to handle and they did ! Can't imagine what life would have been like without Maryvale, living on the streets. I'll never forget Sister Gabriella from Seton Cottage and of course Sister Linda Ann, Ms. Kay and the many girls. Thank you Maryvale from the bottom of my heart,❤️

I was a foster child here at Maryvale and I had the worst experience ever! One time I was sleeping and the male director Will walked in my room telling me I had to wake up and now the overnight staff would put the heater on blast and I had asthma and would ask them to lower it and so I would sleep half naked and he walked in my room without asking permission when clearly male staff weren’t allowed in he girls room. And another experience I had was that a staff grad me hard from the arm and pulled me out of the office just because I went in to grab a bottle water. This place abuses kids that live there. They also have rats and cacaroaches

    A. Fredericks - I lived there from the summer of my 3rd grade until my senior year of high school. This was my home and I saw many girls come and go. I lived here the longest of all attending. 1950's to 1970's so this is a very long time. I loved Coyote the big German shepherd dog that love chasing the cars as they entered. I have so many great memories and I had so many good friends.

I lived at maryvale for 5 months they didnt feed children some times, they take your personal belongings, they are rude they also like cussing out children and being petty, and triggering them cause they wanna laugh at them. Also they dont respect are personal rights. They are a bad SUPPORT SYSTEM .

I love Maryvale and all it stands for. Providing residential treatment for girls who have been thru very rough experiences and cannot be with their birth families. I have a (nrefm) niece/daughter there and am grateful daily such a place exists. They are very caring and fair. It can be rough to not have regular contact with your child, but when the circumstances exist this is a place to be so happy to know of.

Not happy with this place because of the bad things my daughter has learned here. Always waiting past my time, appointments never start at the time they are scheduled. Put onions in everything no options for any other food. Daughter is always hungry. The staff lets parents hear all about their crisis. Too much profanity. More like a prison then a group home.

Mary vale is the best group home in the world I used to be in the group him the staff are so friendly and helpful the food is good.every thing is super amazing my experience was great I went there 2 different times and I loved it.still to this day I still think about and miss all the staff my friends and the environment.it is very bad that I like the group home better than a foster home but I just like the group home better.the campus is huge and there is lots of activities.mon-Friday we wake up at 7am do are rooms and then we wait for higien we brush are teeth do are hair then wait in are rooms till we go to eat then we go to school after school we come back to Mary vale then go to tv room then like at3:30 we be in are rooms for an hour then we go to the tv room and split in to groups.fun fact I learned how to use the rip stick in Mary vale.At like 5:30 we go shower change clothes brush teeth and go to the tv room.we watch movies and just chill till 7:30pm then we go to are rooms go to bed. On Saturday we wake up at 8:30am we do higien then we eat then tv room the schedule can be changed by the way the group behaves sometimes on Saturdays the group goes to sleep at 8:00. On Sundays we wake up at 8:30 and we have to sweep our rooms then we moppe then Higien then same schedule as Sunday. Outings:trampoline park Nicole Nicole and more.

They never pick up the phone and never reply even I leave a message. Not friendly for new student, just told you wait and you never know when can start to school, not allow you to register and also no waiting list, so disappointed!!
