If you're looking for really good Chinese food, keep looking. We ordered the drunken noodles, sweet &sour chicken and chicken dumplings....all looked great in the online pics. The only thing that remotely resembled the pic were the dumplings, which were tasty. The noodles were dry, chicken tough, and just blah. The sweet and sour chicken was awful. Dry breaded fried chicken with a tiny amount of clear sauce. No sweet and sour sauce at all. Very unappealing in presentation, and taste. Disappointing. Don't recommend. The two stars were for the dumplings. We spent $30 for a bad lunch. I've had better Asian food from the freezer section of the market.

Very disappointing experience! We used to love Pick Up Stix years ago, but they’ve changed the menu and the quality, and it has really gone downhill. The food has zero flavor and is very overpriced for what it is.

LOVE Pick Up Stix, food is amazing. Ordered on the app for curbside. Called when I arrived, parked in the front of the store. After 30 minutes, called again. Was placed on hold for 5 minutes then was told the pick up spot was in the back of the building. So basically my food was sitting for 30 minutes while we were waiting outside. The employees did not have the decency to call me back or hm idk CHECK THE FRONT OF THEIR STORE. Definitely will not come back to this location again.

Waited exactly 25 minutes for a kids meal and for my meal. As soon as I got up to refill my drink they called my name. I said that’s me and what I assumed was a shift leader; said I need to wear my mask if I want my food. I was sipping my drink on the way to the fountain machine. We had a back and forth. Apparently COVID does not affect people eating only people ordering or refilling their drink. I asked for my money back and it seemed they had no problem giving it to me. Anyways, you get the rest. I will never return to a place that sheep roam .

Love this chain ! My favorite Chinese fast food place! A little high on the sodium but tasty! I stop here every time I’m in the area. The portions last 2 days. Friendly service every time 🍲🥣🍜

We had the crispy honey shrimp and drunken noodles with shrimp. The chef did an amazing job with the food. This tasted better than a place we go to where the entrees are $15+! The customer service was nice. However, they are really understaffed. I feel very bad for the employees and 1 chef. So if you go, just order ahead and be prepared for a little wait.

Made our order wrong and was rude to me like it was my fault. The food used to be good but another company bought them and now the food is awful

Fresh , delicious, top quality food & very affordable. The cashier was very friendly & had great knowledge of everything on the menu. Her welcoming & helpful service plus the inside of the restaurant was nice & warm on a very cold day. The tables, floors counters & windows were sparking clean . The good vibes of this place definitely makes me want to return soon & try something different on the menu.

I had the curry chicken and my bf had the Kung pao beef. Deliciously made to order. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well.

Burnt meat and nasty chicken I guess the cook today is have a bad day or don't know how to cook. Nasty will not be going back to this pick up Stix again

This place is always good and consistent. Absolutely love the garlic chicken and the Kung Pao beef.

Food takes a few to come out but for a good reason, food is cooked hot n fresh. Food was very tasty. I'll be back.

One of our go-to places in SoCal. House special chicken is outstanding.
