Came in this morning on a total whim looking for a last minute baby shower dress knowing chances were slim since store does not have maternity specific designs. From the moment my sister and I walked in to the store store manager was attentive, accessible and extremely helpful. We only asked if she knew of the top of her head if she may have something within our serve criteria. She was able to quickly go through her inventory and find several options for me. Truly OUTSTANDING customer service in a very organized store

Usually i love windsor but today was not a good day, came back to return an item i never used because my trip got canceled, and they would not take it back. Even after i had been told i could return it. The lady was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and just walked away in the middle of me still talking. Extremely unfortunate for a usually good place.

Amazing dresses and accessories definitely worth a browse.

I came here looking for a dress for my courthouse wedding and it was kinda hard to find something in my size but I didn’t ask tbh I felt really antisocial. The lighting in the dressing rooms is super unflattering and makes the dresses look bad. Thank you to Adrina and the other girl that helped me get my dress, I didn’t get her name but she was the first person who asked me for help after being there for a while.

Ashley and the entire staff was amazing. We came in to get my niece you senior picture outfit, we stood in line like everyone else (safety first) but when we were let in another customer started to give the staff difficulty because she was a party of one but Ashley stayed calm and professional even though the lady was rude and unpleasant. We had a great experience and the staff was helpful and so nice. Ashley you were great and I hope the rest of your day was amazing.

I am a regular customer at Windsor, but today wasn't a good day to visit the Victoria Garden location. I grab an item and ask for a fitting room to one of the girls, she didn't even look at me, she keeps walking and point " over there ". So same thing when she checks me out, not eye contact whatsoever, she was extremely rude, don't know why🤔

Did not get greeted upon entry even though 2 customer service representatives were standing there. They saw me standing there trying to ask for help and non of the employees acknowledged me or tried to tell me they would be right with me.

Nice shop, just not A lot of great dresses! They have A lot of dresses just don't understand why so many hideous ones!
