Had the most incredible time diving with Tofo Scuba recently during my trip there. I did my advanced open water with Bruno and I couldn’t imagine a better way or place to do it. In total I managed to do 10 dives in my short time there and every one of them was amazing. The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly, professional and passionate about nature and the ocean. Some of the dives can be pretty challenging with the current but it’s well worth the effort and the team made me feel completely comfortable and safe at all times. I saw manta, octopus, mantis shrimp, guitar fish, nudibranch, lobster, moray eels, green turtle, so many beautiful rays, and even a robust ghost pipefish! My only complaint (and it’s not even a real complaint) is that I didn’t see any whale sharks but that just means I’ll have to come back again! Thank you so much to the team, Bruno, Nelson, Marcos, Ross, Lito, Michaque, Armando, and Florian all made my time there infinitely memorable. 5 stars is not enough!

We had a great time with Tofo Scuba, a week of double tankers on the deep reefs did not disappoint. They have a friendly and professional team that takes good care of the divers as well as the gear. We were surprised with a visit from a Great White as well as large schools of Cow-nose rays which was extra special. Unforgettable experience! We will be back next year.

Had an amazing experience diving with Tofo Scuba! First of all the staff is awesome, very professionell and in general a great vibe.. Felt very safe the whole time. We went out with Nelson and Bruno who were great. Both made an effort on the pre dive briefings, which I’m not used to. The dive sites are amazing, I especially fell in love with Manta Reef. Most of the dive sites are pretty deep and depending on the conditions also have some current. There are also some shallow dive sites though. All in all I can only recommend Tofo Scuba! Go diving with them if you have the chance! And thank you to the Team! We had such a great time in Tofo :)

We had a 2 nice Ocean Safaris with Tofo Scuba in June. First time, 2 whale shark sightings and 1 with Dolphins. Couldn't go into water with the Dolphins at the First time and some.guy scared of the whale shark the First time, cause he tocuhed him. The next day, we were able to swim with whale sharks, Dolphins and we saw humpback whales jumping. Great experience! Was fun with Alex! And not so crowdy like the others companies! We were both Times only 4 ppl..in the boat ans not 10 or more like the other boats looking for the sharks. I would always do it again.

Had a great experience with Tofo Scuba, my partner and I did our padi open water with Bruno who was great. We did the e-learning at home before we arrived. We also did an extra dive and 2 ocean safari's where we swam with whale sharks both times! Highly recommend Tofo Scuba 👍

I spent a week diving with Tofo Scuba and it was a truly fantastic experience. It's a very professional set-up located right on the beach. After the tranquil and balmy waters of the Red Sea, Tofo was quite challenging diving for me (!) but I felt very safe and well looked after my entire time. Tofo Scuba have assembled a really excellent team – from the lead instructors to all the support staff and boat captains. There is a very affordable restaurant and bar attached to the centre which is open all day and does amazing breakfasts before you set out, and great lunches for when you get back! (It's also open in the evenings). All the dive equipment at Tofo Scuba is top-notch and the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a great time, saw tons of marine wildlife (including a whole load of fish I've never seen in my life before!) and explored some wonderful dive sites. I will definitely be back! One of the things that I really liked about Tofo Scuba is that they have an ongoing programme to train up local Mozambican divers as Dive Masters - this is a really great scheme which gives back to the community in a really significant way. There were three local guys getting trained while I was there and they were all excellent. (ps I also did my Nitrox certification with Tofo Scuba as they had a great deal on the course price.)

This place is one of the best dive shop I've been to, and I've been to many. They had great pre dive briefings, a high amount of skilled dive Masters and senior divers in our group, and checked in with everyone regularly on the dive to make sure it was going well. We also did an ocean safari looking for whale sharks, but it was in vain (only saw 2 manta rays). You should dive here!

Scuba shop was well ran and easy to coordinate with. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and ensured everyone’s safety. Saw amazing things while diving and will use the shop again while in Tofo.
