While comparing with surrounding hotels and prices, this hotel is better in two aspects. 1. Room size and 2. Is breakfast. None of the nearby hotels are doing that. Whatever is the quality of food or room but still better than the other hotels. Minus points: it's but inside then the main road and none of the delivery people will come inside and you need to go till gate to get your food and it doesn't matter whether it's raining or burning heat.

The room maintenance was very good and very peaceful. Good experiences to stay here

Hidden behind Tek park with obscure entry is a hotel at 7th floor. Hotel maintenance is poor with loose mattresses, torn Curtains, chipping plasters the room is not where I would like to stay again. For this price there are better hotels in this location. Not recommended for stay with family.

My 6-night stay experience: Pros: - Convenient location right on the main road - Spacious rooms with great views - Varied and delicious complimentary breakfasts - Efficient room service - Couple friendly and staffs were polite Cons: - Check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm; incurred an extra Rs 500 for early arrival - Inconvenient pickup for Swiggy/Zomato deliveries at the main gate, about 200 meters away - Kitchen closes early, around 9:30-10:00 pm - Aging bedsheets and blankets, insufficient bedsheet size requiring adjustment - Hard bread and unripe cut fruits provided for breakfast

Nice view, good and nominally priced food, nice android TV with good cable channels too, hot water facility is perfect.. Also, well behaved and professional staff and receptionist. Overall, it was a nice stay, value for money property.

Though the residence is in prime location, to reach the residence is not so easy. When asked staff to share google location, even after clearly mentioning him am driving from bangalore, he is asking me to send a whatsapp text, so that he might share. Furniture, cupboards, room ambiance were giving a very negative view (feels like a old scrap furniture, half finished totally, same applies for washroom) And lastly requesting Townhall representatives to stop reaching me through call or text to remove the feedback. (When am explaining the above things over call & when you give me reply like, room is fine, take back review, definitely its not professional approach)

Near by my office. The food quality is not good it's too much spicy. Housekeeping staff will ask you silly questions what should be clean. They will call you before 1 hour of check out time. Please vacate before 30 mins of actual checkout time.

The location of the hotel is the biggest turn off for me. It's hidden behind an IT park and on the 7th floor of the parking building. Way to the hotel is bad and is not clearly mentioned in the website. One has to drive up 7 floors for the car parking and then take a lift up. The parking is so shabby with scrap and garbage filled up. I would never check in this property and moreover there are better ones in this price range. P.s I wanted to check in the hotel and went there with my luggage but was appalled by the parking itself and decided to go elsewhere. I have not availed their rooms nor services.

We stayed in this hotel from 20th November to 27th November -23. Everything about the hotel was too good. Our stay was very pleasant. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Complementary breakfast was very good. Overall are worthy to book the hotel. Highly recommended. Thank you The Townhall Hotel for giving me and my son such a memorable stay.💕

Had a horrible experience at the hotel - their lift will not work and to cite my personal instance, one of my family member got stuck in the lift after entering it to reach the hotel in 7th floor as someone switched it off. The lift was stuck between ground and first floor. Luckily since I was outside the lift, my family member called/ informed me through phone (luckily the network was strong), I had to run and locate the lift maintenance room and was able to get the lift manually opened up to get my family member come out of it. The whole ordeal took 20 minutes and the security at the venue was pathetic. They will not bother to help, will not even speak to us. The hotel’s reception/ control over the facility was again pathetic. They were unable to help us immediately and couldn’t get anyone to attend to the situation immediately. On a wholesome, it was a scary and horrible, nightmare experience. Besides all of this, the security and lift maintenance team started blaming the hotel authorities and vice versa. This hotel is definitely not worth it for a family to stay and relish!

This was arranged by my company for our batch and stayed here for quite a while, I really like the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff were really polite to us. Could have provided more toileteries as rooms costing similar ones provide. Rest everything was nice & comfy.

Only problem with like morning break fast is not hot at 9am and ice cream not available and also fruit juice, fish , matton items totally facing problem with food only remaining all ok 5star.

So I stayed there for a week. Hospitality was great. Located on the main road in Rattha tek towers. Room is neat and clean. Staff are friendly. Near to Chennai one IT. Value for money.

As per room tariff ..Room was not so good.. And provided teared bedsheet.I already showing them but didn't change.. In bathroom not provided any tapping point for water. Only provided shower point and one at basin.. Not provided bucket and mug.

Spacious, neat and clean rooms, good food options, responsible staffs, located in OMR, easy accessible The hotel is located in tower B, 7th floor. A sign board indicating the way to reception was missing, which made us walk for 15 mins to find the spot

It was a good stay in townhall. You will have ample car parking there. The staffs are friendly and the room is clean and neat. The restrooms are very hygienic. Overall it was a nice stay there. Do check out. You will like it.

Solar panels are used for hot water which is not not available all the time. Other than that all other facilities are worth paying for. And Swiggy/Zomato food delivery is not allowed inside as the hotel is located in tech tower. Staff are kind to help when required. Food is spicy(due to my sensitive palate).

Good value for money. Decent breakfast, clean room and surroundings. Bed was a bit soft and taxis might find it difficult to find the place as it's behind another building.

Stay was fine . Hospitality was good Staff were co operative but only drawback was there was no hot water and they did not bother to provide or did not bother to check why hot water was not coming in the wash room. My daughter had to join office on that day. It was her first day in office . Many times she went n told them but it was of no use

Stayed here for 2 days Jul 2022 Easily locatable and at a good location, all facilities available nearby are restaurants, offices, laundry n iron services etc. Amazing all air conditioning rooms for solo for couples and family recommended other rooms bigger size and comfortable. Complementary buffet breakfast best food served. Allowed to order food from outside. Room Service available.

A very efficient team is what you get to see in The Town hall. Every staff here is well behaved, disciplined and always willing to go that extra mile to meet your needs. The Overall experience of the Stay is Good. The restaurant taste is Super and in Budget. I liked the complimentary breakfast they provided. The ambience in the room was cool. I recommend to book here if you need a Pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay, staffs are so good and helpful. Rooms are excellent for this price, neat and clean. Anytime hot water available, any help quick response from reception. I visited more then four times, all the time i satisfied with room and service. No disturbances, having good privacy here.

Neat and tidy room, toilet and bathroom were very clean. Good lighting inside room so suitable for work/study. Decent stay. Good service. Suggestions: 1) Use covers for cushions in sofas, so it can be washed and no permanent stains will ruin the furniture. (There were some). 2) Provide bottled drinking water no matter how much is asked for, also provide atleast two 1 litre bottles instead of 2 500ml ones. 3) Appoint one more English and Tamil speaking receptionist to attend during nights. 4) Change the locks and latches of room main door. I've also seen some more reviews stating the same and i felt that although it's holding it is bit weak. 5) Improve the menu for breakfast. 6) Little AC maintenance is required it had some damp smell for sometime while switching on. (Even in dry mode). It was a decent stay, i enjoyed it, thanks to everyone who made my stay better.

Staffs are to active and responding instantly. Rooms are good and worth the price but the bed is not much comfortable as it's to soft and few mosquito issues. Food is great and the location is easily accessible.
