Good Place to have some physical activities around Chitlapakkam and Chromepet. Safe for Kids and Womens. Cab able to spend time with family ! Sun Set is most attractive 😍 Aru Muthal Aruvathu varai 👍 No Rest Room Facilities, still under some construction on other side of the lake.

visited 08thOct,2023 morning to see the water quality and flood control condition. Eastern half of embankment was arranged for walking/jogging pedestrian, whereas western half was walkable but not yet paved. Sewage inflow was retarded at the outer ditch and separated to lake water. Three main flood outlets (North, East and South) were constructed but the surplus seemed lack of capacity.

Nice place and great view to see the lake/mountains. This lake is well located in chitlapakkam near to MIT college and Chromepet. Well maintained and good to hang out with friends/familes/kids and enjoy the breezy air/great views.

Most beautiful man made lake.. all appreciation goes to volunteers and residents for citlapakkam who worked hard in saving this lake.. with the help of forest department very soon this will be lush green tourist attraction... Please avoid plastics

Well maintained lake with walking area. Parking for two wheelers available around the lake . Many stray dogs in the walking platform which should be addressed.

Good place for spending time with individuals, family, and friends. We go daily walking . Few point to improve. May be in the pipeline. Lightning is in the installation process. The seating arrangement needs to be there. Selling of eatables should strictly prohibited. More innovative ideas can be incorporated. We can try birds sounds melody.which we saw in middle East parks Boating can be 2 wheeler parking to be provided.

Still the lake park development is going, but you can relax, and have a nice walk. Preferable time morning hours and evening after 4pm. No lighting facility as of now
