Yesterday 04 Nov 2023 visited the hotel around 9 24PM being Saturday as we don't consume Non veg order Nan & Panneer butter masala. We were served with Nan & chicken gravy ( this was ordered by the people who sat in the same place we seated they left the hotel as waiting time was more) Nan was not even hot The waiter had served the same menu again to us. Plates they have are the one made from coconut/ palm tree which is agreeable but we went 4 of people they gave 3 plates again called & asked for plates / spoons.I myself went to kitchen near by billing area to get the spoon were the owner was there not even a single sympathy on customer asking what is needed standing in counter and watching the computer and songs played are we in theater to watch movie ? There were totally 3 guys one guy cleaned the table and the other 2 managing the orders. No water was even kept on the table.called them multiple times and got water. More than the taste was not up to mark I paid 430 in total for 2 butter nan / 1 garlic Nan & veg Chill parotta felt not even worth it with such kind of poor service. I do agree when people are more managing the crowd is difficult but there are some basic etiquette which they can follow / showcase. One word : Simply waste. Recommendation Food : ⭐ Service : ⭐ Atmosphere : ⭐ ( with some plants & TV ok but you find huge mosquitos which my child literally suffered ) Try to improvise.

Overall restaurent ambience is very good and have projector and display for video songs. Apart from ambience all other factors requires lot of improvements. 1.Plates and all food servicing items are in use and throw type,which makes very discomfort for the dining. 2.Tables which we sit was very height and it is near to neck.And you cant eat and literally got pain in hands and necks. 3.Food quality is not upto the mark.Bought Naan and chicken gravy and Chicken looks very bad in taste,also gravy is not good. 4.Fried rice is just ok. 5.Again Chicken chilly parota quality not good, very crispy and chicken looks non hygienic. 6.Lot of insects due to all sides are open and no insect controllers.Even in plates mosquito fall down. Overall family not felt happy for the dining of the dinner.Maybe for the evening refreshments looks good..

Overall, my experience at V R CARNIVORZ is amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious.They have large menu options will make it difficult for us to choose what to eat. The atmosphere has warm light settings which feels good. If you are looking for a good ambience and budget friendly place to eat then it's highly recommended.

I am from kerala.. Accidentally choose V R CARNIVORZ... but not regretting at all.. Awesome ambiance.... Delicious food... Super service 👌💯
