Great place to stay in Chennai for a long time. Specially for the families who have patients in Apollo Proton Cancer Center, which is Only 10 minutes away with bus or auto. The rooms are quite spacious, and behaviour of the hotel stuffs will make you feel at home. I stayed for 15--20 days, could use the fridge. Room service cleaned our space whenever we told them. Filtered water is available in the lobby and the area is quieter which is also very convenient for a good sleep. In this price range, best service anyone can expect.

I am so grateful to them because my father, who got a brain surgery, stayed there for around one month along with us, 3 people. The deluxe rooms have a kitchen setup, and the hotel arranged everything we asked for day and night. The location was very convenient, breakfast and coffee were free, Rooms were clean and there were no bugs/mosquitos. Definitely recommend!

Hotel is not co- operative at all , because of COVID if we have to cancel the booking they were not accepting and didn't refund so the service of management is not good

One of the worst experience in this entire Chennai. Customer service is very poor. I won't recommend this hotel. Staff behaviour is extremely worst. If I can give minus rating,deffenetly I'll give -5.

These are cheating people, when we call to this people after online booking, they said cancel it and come directly will provide best rate after reaching to residency they increase the price and said it is final, which 30% more of online... Very cheating...

Staff Behaviour was really worst, the way they are treating the guest is not acceptable also too much of attitude staff also they are not even allowing the guest to extend for 1 hour as we need to lat entire full day rent for 1 or 2 hour stay. Also i called the manger for the compliant but he is smart enough to escape and not even responsible really a worst behaviour. Place was good but the people makes the guest uncomfortable.

There are so many issues with this hotel. 1. The rooms - my 3bed room which was given was not even clean. It smelled so bad that we had to buy and use a room spray. 2. As part of most bookings outside, they give us complimentary water bottle.. Here it was not. 3. Tv - not working as the dth was not recharged 4. The extra bed for which we paid 799, was worse than a hospital bed. And still the same was provided. When asked for pillow, they say no room service after 7pm. A very bad experience.

The booking showed confirmed and after reaching they said no rooms are available and cancelled my booking. The staff behaviour is soo rude. Even after complaining to the manager, still the person in the reception behaved rudely. Worst service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, no service from the receptionist, room not cleaned properly, water is in brown color, my colleagues got skin allergy due to that, not even RO water is filled. Don't come here, NOT HYGENIC, I REGRET STAYING HERE FOR 2 DAYS.

Very near to Thiruvanmayur bus stop. Affordable and budget friendly price.. They provide complementary breakfast as well and 24 hours check in and check out policy.. Only 2 Cars can be parked.. You need to park your car on the road if the parking area is already full.

During my recent visit to Chennai, I opted to book a room at this establishment. While the experience wasn't disappointing, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. I had requested an early check-in, but upon arrival, I was informed that the requested time wasn't feasible due to prior bookings. After some discussion, they managed to accommodate me earlier than anticipated. The room, however, was a bit different from my expectations considering the price point of 2k per night. It was a standard single bedroom with an attached bathroom, lacking any noteworthy views. The interior decor appeared a tad dated, with somewhat subdued wall paintings and lighting that could have been more vibrant. Unfortunately, there was a persistently leaking pipe near the sink, which I brought to their attention. On a positive note, the bathroom itself was well-maintained and clean. I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the room's landline, which was out of service during my stay. On a positive note, the staff promptly provided water and fresh towels upon request. Additionally, they offered a hot water kettle and a selection of tea and coffee options, which was a thoughtful touch. In summary, for a room priced at 2000rs, the overall experience was average. While there were some areas that could benefit from attention, such as the maintenance of fixtures and decor, it's worth noting that the staff were accommodating and responsive to requests. With a bit of refinement, this establishment has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable stay for guests.

Horrible hotel and rude staff. Strongly recommend not to stay here. Literally i had to beg for a clean towel and the same was not given till i had to personally fight for it. Staff especially Hotel Manager Kannan is so rude he also says you can go to other hotel if you dont like this. Apparantly the owner Ramakrishnan as informed by Kannan is sitting in dubai and is not aware of anything that is happening here. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel. After staying i did go thru the reviews below and it looks that it is a common trend and somebody from the management( in all probability Manager Kannan) will respond that the issues are new issues and will be addressed by the investigation team. Owners hopefully you are listening. Good luck with your hotel business

The manager mr.noushad has to improve his communication skills and the way he expresses his concern and his side of work..... Being courteous towards customers would be much better. Second thing is the bedsheets are not changed regularly so house keeping can be improved.

I had a nice stay over there. Friendly staff and the location is easily accessible. Very near to thiruvanmiyur bus depot.

Worst receptionist one can ever see. Cursing on guests for no reason. These people never think about the crores their boss has invested.

Rooms are clean, good, economic and breakfast is good. Mr Reyas receptionist is a humble person helped me in odd hours, 1st time travelling to Chennai for work purpose and landed very late night. Everyone can visit SEASON 4 RESIDENCES once.

I stayed for 2 nights and the overall stay experience was great. The behaviour of staffs were so nice and it is the best option for some one who is looking for a cost effective stay. I would also want to thank one of the staff - Reyas, who is well behaved and very good staff who was always available and helped me as and when required.

One of the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. It was a last minute emergency travel and i had no choice ended up booking a room in this hotel since no rooms were available in other hotels. The room was fully infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The room was smelly. The staffs were very rude especially there was a man at the reception called Reyas. He was extremely rude. When i showed him the video of a bed bug crawling on the room bed, he simply said i must have brought the bed bug from somewhere else. He claimed his rooms were very clean. There were about 20 cockroaches crawling all over my suitcase the moment I entered the room and switched on the lights. I was out the whole day. The moment i saw the bed bug, I freaked out and immediately wanted to shift to another place and demanded for a refund since I was hardly in the room. That guy Reyas refused to give a refund and he was extremely rude. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

We had stayed at season 4 residencies for two days . The rooms were neat and clean . The staff were friendly and helpful . Will highly recommend this place for staying in Chennai

Place is OK to stay. rooms are clean and neatly maintained. Service needs to improve. There is kettle in the room with supplies of tea bags / coffee powder / sugar / milk powders. no bottled water, but there is provision to fill water at every floor.

Horrible experience for 2 days, the rooms are not clean ,there are cockroaches all over the rooms. And the hotel manager is also very rude and didn't even refund our money so that we can change the hotel. The worst experience ever.. we had to put cotton on our ears and sleep at night because there were cockroaches on the bed.

Its a decent neat and clean service apartment. They have only AC rooms tariff starting from 1700 onwards. Its located behind Cotton House, Thiruvanmiyur.

Season 4 Residences is a good budget option for accommodation in this part of the city. This is suitable for business trips, family parties and groups. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. They provide complimentary breakfast which is pretty decent. There are restaurants near by which deliver food. There is a coffee machine near the lounge where guests can buy tea or coffee.

They ask every day morning for the payment. Not good for long stay. For 1 night stay it is ok. Staff behaviour is brutal. They screw you asking for money. I will never recommend this hotel. In reception they will tell "please pay for next day hotel charges. Otherwise our manager will scold us. One day some people stayed at our hotel & they taken TV from room, so manager/owner deducted salary from our account." These are the kind of behaviour from the staffs. If there is negative mark means I will give -5.

The rooms are well maintained and the staff are well behaved. Recently booked four to five rooms and overall experience was good. As this is located near the bus stand it is comfortable for relatives guest to come and stay. For parking heavy vehicles and cars its quiet comfortable. And the prize, not too expensive. For the room they have its cheap and best compare to the competitors

Serves the purpose for business visits. Best part is, a rare business hotel that follows traditional 24hrs check-in/out system.

Worst person at the reception. Too much of attitudes. Even 7 star owner will not have this attitude . Because of that person response and attitude decided not to book the room.

Although it lacks professional looking suit-booted executives manning the reception, it is value for money for overnight stays. Rooms aren't large. But air conditioned with clean attached bath. No restaurant attached. That's a negative. But with Swiggy and Zomato around, there's nothing to worry about.

It is a service apartment converted to hotel. It doesn't provide lunch and dinner. However, rooms are quite spacious and there are decent eateries around. Staff is very courteous.

Strict on rate no negotiation on timing flexibility with checkout. I have had a night flight and did not let me stay an extra hour. Just for staying an extra hour I was asked to pay the whole next day rent. but facilities wise room was good and rate was good too.

Their breakfast was fantastic. Especially their Pongal and Vada was awesome.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in Chennai. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. I dont have even one good to say about this hotel but unfortunately I was supposed to stay since I booked it online. Room is worth for only Rs.300 imagine the quality & service of room.
