Late Marriage makes people think that this couple could live by themselves. People don't understand how much it hurts, not only when you hear a stranger taunting you or when your own relatives and friends keep questioning you after one year of marriage. This is unfortunately the custom in India. However, my husband, in-laws and my parents were very co-operative though. After 2 unsuccessful IVF in Bangalore, we came down to Jananam in Chennai, Neelankarai, based on google reviews and there was no disappointment. "Mama (as my wife calls me) I have been tested positive in pregnancy test and Vani madam has confirmed the pregnancy" these were the words of my wife for which we had to wait more than 5 years of our married life and she was so happy and tears came out from her eyes as she was weeping with all the Joy and happiness of the world a women can get. I had 2 years long journey with Jananam where they took care of me very well. It’s really a great pleasure and proudful moment to write a review about Jananam, We have been married for 7+ years and have been longing for a baby from 1st year onwards. Unfortunately, things did not work out for no reason, no doctor could find the actual root cause nor improve the possibility. We have consulted probably 5-6 specialists in both India and abroad where we reside currently and tried few IUI abroad with no luck. When we were on the top of frustration, we came to know about Jananam but due to our past experience we were really skeptical about the fertility centers in India as good amount of them are money minded with no expertise. Finally we have got confidence from vast number of good reviews in Google and feedback from fellow members in some fertility facebook groups, and decided to travel to India during the time of Covid to start the treatment. As a first step, my brother who resides in India has booked online consultation with Dr.Vani Mam and She was very friendly and patiently listened to our queries and helped us to make a plan so that certain things can be done before even we land , and the needed tests can be lined in a logical order as my husband can only stay for short period of time and he has travel back to abroad. We arrived one fine day to India and visited the clinic the very next day, from that day till this date we have been having a pleasant and happy experience. Now thanks to Dr. Vani mam, I am currently 3 months pregnant and happily enjoying the pregnancy period which were only our dream for many years. Below is our observation:  Clinic is located in a very quiet and calm place and maintained extremely well and hygienic.  Never seen staffs are such friendly in any establishment, starting from security(the way they pay attention to help us park our car is awesome),nurses, admin, ... everyone is friendly, they know everything and assist us with a big smile.  We had to stay for few days (purely based on our own choice) and the rooms are fantastic, spacious and well maintained.  Nice cafeteria with variety of foods prepared specially for women with all the healthy ingredients, food is really tasty in fact family members who accompanied also enjoyed the food.  IMPORTANT POINT – They clearly explain the overall procedure along with the cost involved upfront and they start the procedure only when we are comfortable and fully understood, it is all very transparent and no hidden charges. Most importantly the charges are very very reasonable which clearly shows they are not considered this purely a business but a service too.(Infact, We had to do more than 1 or 2 cycle due to my body condition but they were kind enough to deduct portion of amount which we did not expect).  Nurses and Doctor available for 24/7 and you can call them for any queries any time. We had come to Jananam on our own when we searched for a fertility centre close to our home. The entire staff from the receptionist, the lab tech, pharmacist and the embryologist were very receptive to our doubts and assured we had the best treatment. Dr Vani, Dr Mangalam, Dr Prema (Radiologist) were patiently hearing our issues right from the first visit and ensured the best treatment for our journey. We had our workup for ivf and their protocol for implantation was different from many other places but Dr Vani assured this was the best for us. We conceived on our first implantation and everything was smooth till we crossed first trimester. The staff were wishing us best and kept in contact at all times thru watsapp and call for our queries.
