the guy called and said that they cannot check me in. he did not give me a reason at all. only when probed he mentioned as i booked online via oyo and made the payment as well he cannot allow me. this was less than 24 hrs before the check in. the guy was so rude and curt as well.

Apart from the location, I didn't find anything nice here. It's simply like a normal hotel room. 1st floor has a balcony which is somewhat better. So many restrictions demanded by the staff. Not much scenic as well; you have to walk to the beach if you want to enjoy at all.

Ohhhhhh My God.Best In chennai. Best location . Friendly atmosphere.. This is a rare find.. A very different experience from the regular hotels and it just relaxes you. Homely ambience. Ideal for family and kids. Safe and secure. ROUND THE CLOCK SERVICE. Staff’s are friendly and food is very nice.. neat maintenance and room service is excellent.The garden area was well maintained. They lived up to the expectation of "take home memories".

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location of the stay is so pleasant with the beach view. Mr. Praveen helped us with our requirements and making us comfortable. Would definitely recommend this lovely place.

They charge extra money for rooms even if you paid through online. And the worst thing is their toilets.

I went this place... Room is okay but... Toilet is not up to the mark... Very bad smell is coming... The person anand told that it's like that only... I went with my family... He is misbehaving with all... Please management take a action on him... Thank you

Place is good but attitude of the manager Praveen was horrible. He was rude and at the drop of a hat refused service.

Amazing location. 50 metres away from Thiruvanmiyur beach. Good restaurants and street food nearby. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Beautiful balcony view. And a comfy common room. Very friendly manager. Had an amazing day with friends.

Very spacious and neat ;staff behaviour was well and good...as like others mentioned we didnt feel any leakage of taps...one thing that feel littke bad is dampy floor..apart from that eveything's well and good...

Amazing property located right by the beach. Clean rooms with ac and clean toilets. Food was provided on order. Very friendly staff helped with check in and check out. Must visit. Shall recommend to all my family and friends visiting Chennai.
