We had an incredible long weekend here. The team was so friendly and attentive, the room, location and facilities were beautiful. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a pool with such a beautiful view. The food was also outstanding, with so much love and attention to every dish. A special thanks to Noah and Ramona for making us feel so at home. I can’t wait to be back!

A positive experience, true professionality, the staff make you feel at home and are always available to help and assist in all needs. The Hotel is truly dog friendly, at the entrance dogs are greeted with water, biscuits and even towels to dry in case of bad weather. Food is haute cuisine and very good, abundant assortment and infinate variety of choice for breakfast set in a picturesque scene of lake and mountains. Extraordinary and beautiful. What more to say, try for yourselves, and i was forgetting to mention the swimming pool internal/ external, heated and totally relaxing amidst a fairytale scenery.

Second year in this hotel en probably next year my third stay. Even as solo traveller you are very welcome and any feedback you give, they will take care of it. The staff this year was much better as last year and even than they were already good. Keep up the good work Elisabeth ;-). Small tips: - rooms: some rooms can use a new layer of paint (probably due to suitcases that some paint is falling of the pillars in the rooms). Clean more often the plexi canopy above the balconies of some rooms. Seeing the price raise from this year to next year, a new bottle of water should be provided daily and/or fill the minibars. - service in restaurant: make sure if someone wants to order a specific wine that the somelier takes the order and not the waiter, but even than Gabriela can take care of it at the bar to set things right.

Can not fault our stay at the Seespitz. Hotel facilities excellent, room extremely comfortable, food delicious and staff amazing.

We had an excellent stay at the seespitz hotel. The staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. The location of the hotel is ideal in seefeld, between the city centre and the ski slopes. I particularly appreciated the valet parking and the food, which is always very tasty and high quality. Unbeatable value for money for a comfortable ski holiday. I highly recommend it.

This beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel is absolutely a dream come true! From the second I walked in, Noah from the front desk organised a drink and helped me check-in in the cosy lobby area. From there on it just was an absolute delight to meet all of the staff. Every single person I came into contact with took the trouble to speak to me and help me if required with any queries. The lovely manager in the restaurant who geeeted me by name and found me the perfect table by the window with glorious views across the snow. The waiters and waitresses are prompt and cannot do enough for their guests. My duplex was cosy and homely and I did not want to leave it( or any of it!) . The pool and sauna were super with little touches of apples and herbal teas and I was able to swim everyday including in the snow which is good for the soul! The location is perfect and a few minutes into pretty Seefeld with the Xmas market and a short train ride to Innsbruck makes for a scenic trip. Plenty going on in terms of activities in the area and a lovely little newsletter every morning ,produced by the hotel which suggests different activities and things to see and do was very welcomed. As a single traveller, I felt not just welcomed but safe and secure and certainly extremely well looked after. The fact that I do not speak German made no difference as the quality of English was so good and the atmosphere is a very ‘ close family and friends’ vibe. The Seespitz is in the most stunning location and is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday with polite and attentive staff and fantastic wellness facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious with amazing views and food is varied and delicious. This was not our first visit and will certainly not be our last. Seefeld is Heaven on earth!

We didn't stay here but we're shown round some of the rooms and around the hotel with a view to us booking to stay there next year. We were extremely impressed with everything we saw.
