Wanted to buy iPhone 13. Was about 2k. Asked if it was possible to pay 1.5k this week then come in and pay the rest next week and grab the phone. Was a surprise gift for my partner. Was given 3 forms to fill asking for my yearly income, expenses, assets etc. Because my partner and I live togeather they also wanted her Income expenses assets info etc and that she maybe called to verify. I went to Harvey Normans and asked the same question. Can I give 1.5k cash come in next week pay the rest and grab the phone. I was told yes, I gave my name address phone number and 1.5k returned the week after gave my details and walked out with an iPhone 13 pro with no dramas.

Very good experience at Smith's City Invercargill. One of the staff members made eye contact with me as soon as I walked in the door. Was looking for a Microwave. He explained all my options. Very impressed from start to finish. He also carried it out to my car for me.

Was looking at bedroom furniture. Smiths City offered a wide selection. Customer service was very very good. Salesperson new her product, was helpful and informative and listened to our needs. Will likely go back in next few days to purchase.
