    My wife and I decided to try CrossFit for the first time. We have come a long way in our journey in the last few months. The coaches there have been incredibly welcoming and motivating for us newbies. We enjoy the positive atmosphere and the different modifications given until you feel comfortable and confident in your workouts. If you’re looking for a challenge or trying something new and want the positive environment to keep you on top of your fitness, the Gym is the place to be.

    Best experience! Went to Travis to help my daughter get back to sport after ACL surgery. His attention to detail and care for what was needed exceeded all expectations. After PT regiment was completed, working with Travis, she was cleared to full practice in 3 weeks. Very knowledgeable, very committed and very professional. We are continuing our journey with the XL Sports acceleration program!

    Love the environment. The gym is as much a community as it is a gym. Workouts are intense but fun! The coaches are awesome, they push you and help you every step of the way!

    This is the top gym in the Cedar Valley for a reason. The staff are highly educated professionals that produce RESULTS. The Gym offers multiple programs ideal for any fitness level, including nutrition coaching and youth programs. Can't beat the 24hr access - and there's a sauna!

    I love the gym!! When I moved to the CF area earlier this year I knew I needed something that would keep me in shape and keep me accountable. The coaches and the community at the gym are so welcoming and eager to help anyone who is interested in CrossFit or just joining. You don’t need to have a history in fitness to do CrossFit, anyone can do it!

    I LOVE THE GYM. The coaches are amazing. The equipment is well maintained. The atmosphere created by the members pushes me to be better every time I go in there. The staff are all so knowledgable and understand how to make the workouts challenging but achievable!

    I came to The Gym to push myself physically and for the sense of community and they have not disappointed on either. I absolutely love all of the coaches and they push me harder than I would ever push myself. They are very accommodating to every level of fitness - if you are new and want to kickstart your fitness journey they will get you there, if you are already fit but are looking for that extra push…trust me they won’t hesitate!

    Coaching staff are top notch! I’m new to cross fit and the coaches and other members have been very encouraging and supportive. If you ever feel you may not be able to do an exercise or can’t do it properly with good form - the coaches are excellent at providing modifications which are personalized to your skill level (or injury).

    I've been going to The GYM for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I had never done CrossFit before and in just a few months my strength and overall fitness have increased significantly. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always take the time to correct bad form/demonstrate the correct movements. Most importantly, they have a really positive culture that makes everyone feel at home. The other gym members and the coaches are encouraging and supportive when it is needed, regardless of your experience level. This was helpful for someone new to these type of workouts, and I encourage everyone to try out a class here, you won't be disappointed.

    Instructors and workouts are super motivating! You will discover new muscles you never knew you had after almost every workout. Everything is scaled to fit any strength and fitness level.

    First day joining The Gym, I was greeted by the warmest smiles and kindness. Every coach I’ve had is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every athlete there is incredible, which is highly motivating.

    My favorite thing about the gym has been the environment. The people are nice and the instructors are helpful. Its not intimidating and motivational whether your competitive or just trying to get in shape.

    The Gym is an amazing place to train and be a part of the community! The programming at the gym is always new and constantly varied so you are excited to show up everyday. The coaches are very hands on and give you a ton of confidence in the movements you're doing.
