My stay at the Baymont in Pella Iowa was outstanding. Not only were the rooms very comfortable, but they were clean and beautiful. But the best part 0f my stay was how we were greeted and treated throughout the stay. Debra deserves a gold star and more for how she treated us. Friendly, helpful, she runs the whole place, I do not know how she does it, from managing the front desk, to checking on the rooms, doing laundry to looking after the pool. She is a 5 star employee. And she always has time to chat and always is happy and friendly. If you are in Pella , this is the place to stay.

I spent three nights at the Baymont recently and it was great! The rooms were of the standard hotel variety, but they were clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the front desk person. She was lively, full of energy, and went out of her way to help me late on a Friday night. That interaction took my experience to another level. It’s a little pricey for what you get, but overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

The Baymont in Pella has been our home away from home for my husband & I for well over a decade during the Knoxville Nationals in August. It's quiet and the staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating to anything we might need. Highly recommended!!

Debra is just a sweetheart. She goes above and beyond for her guests. I'd give 10 stars if possible!! Hotel is awesome too clean and not dingy like most. Well cared after. Definitely recommend

After traveling 12 hrs I was greeted by Debra, who just finished checking in a Deaf family and did great. I was exhausted and she was very friendly and helpful. We travel all the time and this is a first time staying in a motel I was very nervous about it, but when I booked it was the only place that did not allow dogs, so I booked it. It wasn’t too bad, but the musty smell of the room. The room’s definitely need to be updated. I’m not a breakfast person but they do have breakfast, so I did try one morning and the biscuits were hard as a rock. Other wise I had a great stay due to debra. She is so nice and very helpful. I ended up in the hospital and when I got back to place she knew I needed ice and went to get me an ice pack from freezer and also a couple extra pillows to put my leg on. Debra is a great asset to your business. I will be staying again when I go back, BECAUSE of Debra.. Thank you Debra for all your hospitality….. Shawn.

Hazel was wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate the group. We had 15 rooms for 2 nights. It was a great location being near to the highway and near to Central College where our Performance was taking place. Hazel's team was wonderful and friendly. It was great meeting my "countryman" Rennard.

Great stay at the Baymont in Pella. The rooms were excellent and the staff was superb. Like the Tina Turner song says…..”simply the best”….Many thanks to HP and Hazel!

This hotel is fine if you're just needing a quick one night stay. Pool is awesome, their pool is probably the best part of this hotel. The actual rooms are very small, there were two adults and two kids in my group. We would have to stand on one side against the wall, for the other person to get through. The bathrooms have a bathtub, but no stopper to hold the water in. For breakfast, eggs and sausage were not good, they do have a waffle maker. Our room did not have a working phone, so if we needed something from the front desk, we had to walk to the front. TV is very old and supposed DirectTV was updating channels, and about half or more of them wouldn't come on. Won't be staying here again. Location is very easy to find.

Hezal was so kind at the front desk. So nice to see a smiling face when you walk in! Room was large and accomodating. My bathtub had a slight drip and filled with water as the shower ran. Overall great experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a big selection of hot and cold items (the biscuits and gravy was my favorite). The pool and hot tub were immaculate and enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay.

After a long day on the road we were greeted by Debra at the front desk. She was so helpful checking us in, directing us to our rooms and informing us of all the amenities at the Baymont, including breakfast. She answered some questions about Pella, and when we saw her in the front desk area later that evening she made sure our rewards number was up-to-date. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We were able to park right outside our room. We will continue to stay at Wyndham properties. A great place to stay!

Best sleep I've had , the mattress was really comfortable, not a sheet of plywood like several other chain's. Even the pillows where really comfortable. Was in town unfortunately for a family member memorial. So definitely needed good sleep. 👍

The appearance of the place was nice. Great rooms, pool, hot tub, pleasant staff, and breakfast bar every morning. I'd return here given the opportunity.

Nice, quiet, and clean hotel with amazingly friendly staff. I stayed for almost a month with no issues. Extended my room multiple times and it was by far the quickest and easiest process I've had with any hotel ever because of the staff here. I will definitely return.
