    Terrible attendance. Unprepared, inattentive, poorly trained and they still think everything is fine. I scheduled an IUD implantation and they made an appointment even though I made it clear that it was about an IUD. I left Campinas for this and they told me “sorry the attendant made a mistake and only scheduled an appointment” and I have to pay the bill and go back home and be left with a new guide, a new appointment, with the IUD sitting at home waiting for implantation, get it another day of sick leave at work, due to incompetence. I do not recommend this hospital, it is terrible. Don't waste your time, much less your money.

    Atendimento bem ruim, agendamos data e hora, mas não existe isso, todas as vezes que passei, fique mais de horas esperando, fora que nem por ordem de chegada, eles conseguem organizar. Eu passei várias vezes com uma médica ginecologista, toda vez ela chegava atrasada e os pacientes, esperando mais de hora, uma falta de respeito. Pagamos para ser atendido assim.

    Hoje fui ao Day Hospital, o atendimento bom mas atendente não são bem informadas, no WhatsApp passam um valor e na hora que vamos pagar é outro. Não querem receber o valor a menor que passaram via WhatsApp pois foi a outra colaboradora que deu informação errada, ou seja todos precisam ter a mesma informação e se uma passar errado segue o mesmo. Só paguei o valor a maior pois realmente tenho interesse em passar com o Médico que por sinal é ótimo, uma pena que estas situações vem ocorrendo constantemente, depois que sai da clínica falei com algumas pessoas e tive as mesmas queixas. E sem falar que no Dinheiro é um valor, no pix é outro e dando uma diferença de R$ 100,00 por conta de um recibo. Um hospital deste tamanho, com médicos de qualidade e com este tipo de atendimento? Não faz sentido
